I recently had my car into the above Boyds for a new from bumper. Randy and I did an inspection before I left with the car and I was not happy with the way the bumper fit. Randy agreed and made the necessary calls etc. to have it replaced. I picked the car up last week and I was very pleased with the new bumper. I found both Randy and Charity at the above Boyds very pleasant and accomodating. Please make sure that they are commended for their excellent customer service.

Had a small issue with my 2010 Chrysler 300. Backed up and bumped someones rear bumper. Broke my tailight and cracked and scraped paint off of my rear bumper. Brought my car in on Monday afternoon and got a call Wednesday that it was ready for pickup. Great service and did an excellant job, good as new. Your sales reps. Mandy and Jeff did a very good job explaining to me how the process works and handling my case. I am very satisfied with your company and the work that was done
