Most people are willing to pay a little more and go out of their way a bit for these things that are so rare these days. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at Boyd's. I went in for a stone chip repair and I was looked after immediately. I was later surprised to find my immaculately cleaned vehicle ready for pickup in the parking lot. They told me they don't usually clean vehicles for a stone chip repair but they had time so they did it. I was quite impressed with this. Many may have opted for a longer coffee break but instead they put customer service at the forefront. Thank you!

I had minor damage on my truck's front bumper. I went to Boyd Autobody for an estimate. I found Michelle and Jamie very friendly and helpful. I was able to book my repair appointment very quickly. They gave me a courtesy car while my truck was in their shop. They both called me as the job was progressing and when the job was finished. I was so impressed with their friendly and professional service. The bumper looks brand new! They also washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my truck! I would highly recommend this body shop.

Fast, efficient, friendly, service in a very clean environment. I could not have asked for anything more to occur. At no time did I feel impatient, in fact I left with a smile on my face marveling that such an unpleasant situation as having my car vandalized could be handled in such a pleasant manner. Front desk and adjustor were both great. I also appreciated the update call from Jamie to assure me that things were on schedule. I would recommend the folks at your John street location without hesitation. They truly know the meaning of customer service.

The service has been outstanding--while the repairs took longer than originally expected, this was due only to the exacting care which staff took in ensuring that every detail was attended to. Scott and Alicia provided a lot of information to my mother and I to provide a clearer picture. They called us with any new information and kept us updated all the time. They not only performed their jobs exceptionally well but also were very friendly and careing. If I ever get into another car accident, which I hope I don`t, I will for sure go back to them. A GOOD/BAD NEWS STORY February 6, 2012. I had the misfortunate experience last Thursday afternoon to discover that my vehicle had been broken into and my GPS stolen. On the recommendation of ICBC I selected Boyd Autobody & Glass because it was with in 15 minute walking distance from my residence. After the initial shock it was a good news story because of the highly personal and professional service I received from your Bridgeport/Richmond shop. When I picked up my 2000 Nissan this afternoon it appeared almost like a new car. Better than how my car was treated was how I was treated.
