I'm writing this on behalf of my grandfather. We stopped in looking for some mechanical assistance with our Mercedes-Benz ML 430. Thanks Rishi and staff for the direction and clean up with the truck. My grandfather was very happy with the end result in getting his vehicle back on the road. We will definetly be back as customers in the future. Isaiah Yu

Excellent service! They made the process seemless. Very friendly office. I also had to rent a car which was also a delight to deal with.

Fred and other staff at this location were terrific to work with. It's a pleasure to deal with a service provider that is reliable and delivers better than satisfactory results.

I recently had my 2007 GMC Acadia serviced twice by Boyd in Richmond. My service representative Rishi Bakshi was exceptional. I have a very busy schedule and he made the experience painless by assisting with vehicle pick-up, rental car arrangements, etc. It was all taken care of for me. The service work on my vehicle was excellent. I would definitly use Boyd again and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you to Rishi and his team. Exceptional service and work.

We had a fabulous experience! Everyone at this location was very friendly. Our car went in a week before Christmas and we were worried we may have to cancel our holiday plans, but instead they were willing to work with us and our travel dates if the car wasn't ready ( it wasn't due to a mistake by a shipping company) We were able to take the courtesy car and didn't have to change our dates! I would highly ( and already have) recommend them to anyone :)

The Repairs to my roof, and the replacement of my front window was done quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed the use of the 2012 Toyota Camry ,while the work was being done on my car. My car was returned in Excellent condition, all repairs completed, and my car intrerior, vacumed and cleaned out inside. I would highly recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass to friends and family. I recently moved here from Acadia Valley, Alberta. Two weeks ago I hit a deer with my van. I had no idea what to do. I asked around and not one but several individulas said to take it to Catherine at Boyd Auto Body in North Battleford. I called her and I was so amazed at her knowledge and the understanding of auto insurance. She slowly guided me thru the procedures and made sure I understood without any hestitations whether is took ten minutes or half an hours. Her customer service is amazing, I was so overwhelmed with her. I have to thank Catherine for making this situation alot easier thank expected.

I needed to have my windshield replaced, the customer service and the shuttle to work and back was great. The installation was alot quicker than expected. That's why I bring it to Catherine in North Battleford, she puts her pride in the right spots, customers come first!

Amazing service. I have brought my car here a few times now and recommend them to everyone! The only negative thing I have to say about this last time was that when they detailed the inside they didn't do a good job on the windshield and I had to re wash it (streaks everywhere). But they gave me a discount on some extra work that I wanted done and always have a car for me to use. THANK YOU BOYD!

I visit the North Battleford location. I was recommended to deal with Cathy B. I explained my situation to her & she was able to provide me explanations & alternatives on what needed to be done to help me make a comfortable decision. It is hard to come by great service these days & Cathy provided excellent customer service.

Very super service and parts at this location. Took it to Boyd for repairs after a collision in early September. Have had nothing but problems since. Headlights were not aligned correctly, radiator fluid was not refilled and now the replaced headlight doesn't work. Never going back and will be reporting shoddy workmanship to my insurance company.
