Robin and the team always offer exceptional service. My car was broken into on Wednesday evening and I was in a rental car on Thursday AM by 8:30am so I could get back to work. The team worked quickly to get me my car back and kept me informed about progress. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car in 3 or 4 times and Its always put a positive spin on a collision or break in.

I was grateful that when I went in to have my windshield replaced I was given a loaner vehicle so that I would not have to cancel an appointment. I was even more grateful when I went back to pick up my car and realized that I had forgotten to tell them not to throw out the DND parking sticker but they had not. They not only removed the sticker from the old windshield but placed it securely on the new one which saved me having to have it replaced.

Robin and everyone at Boyd was excellent. I would highly recommend them to my insurance company and anyone else looking for autobody work. They were kind, compassionate, respectful, and kept me informed. I was truly surprised by how I was treated, and the professionalism I experienced.

Very good customer service, fast and professional. They did a good job on the repairs and the exterior of the car looked shinny and new when they were done. Didn't like the ride and feel of the courtesy cars (Toyota Corolla) and found the interiors dirty. I wish we had a choice of different cars. Overall this is my second time at Boyd and it has been a good experience each time.

My car was hit by a gentleperson from Alberta insured with State Farm. After the most nightmarish situation, getting in contact with Robin Soni felt like I was dealing with a customer service God. This sounds like a fluff piece, but he legitimately took care of everything down to organizing a rental car for me. I've never been in an accident up until now, and have never had the unfortunate opportunity to go to any other autobody place, but if I get in another collision, I will almost definitely be going back to Robin.

I borrowed my friend's cargo van to move out of my house on dec 27th. Around 2:30am, as I was finishing, I broke off the door handle to the sliding door. My friend needed the van back the next afternoon for work, so I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called around to a couple shops and they all told me that they couldn't get the parts in that fast. Then I decided to call Boyd. I dealt with Rishi Bakshi, who told me he could get the job done in time. I was doubtful at first, but Rishi rush-ordered the part for me and made sure someone was available to install it as soon as I arrived. I dropped off the van, grabbed a quick lunch down the street and came back to the shop to have my van waiting for me, all done! "I recently took in our VW golf back to the dealership to get the fog lamp and tail light replaced. I originally thought these small repairs were covered under warranty, but to my disappointment the Richmond VW service representative informed me that the replacements were not covered under normal "wear and tear" and that the charges would amount to more than $300! For two little bulbs! So I decided to take my car elsewhere and when I came to Boyd I spoke with Rishi Bakshi, who was much more accommodating. He not only quoted me a more reasonable price for the bulb changes, but he even allowed me to watch him and his staff do the repairs in order to inspect their craftsmanship and see if it really costs $300+ to change two light bulbs.
