This is our Third time taking our Vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, we returned again because we had received exceptional service the first 2 times. However they have managed to exceed our expectations yet again !!! We cannot express our gratitude for the amount of dedication this team put forth for our repairs. I know they were constantly communicating with our difficult insurance company to ensure the very best result were achieved. They made great efforts to keep in contact with us, to ensure we were aware of all the step by step achievements that were made to get our vehicle repaired in this very very very lengthly process, All do to my Difficult insurance company! I can't thank them enough for their endurance in ensuring all the proper steps were taken to repair my vehicle back to 100 % or even better. I want to personal mention Kino, Randy ... & Pam . I know that without all the handwork, I would not be able to Drive my Truck today! It is always a joy to enter a business and see people that truly enjoy their jobs and take great pride in all they do. And I am happy to say this is one of the many reason we are again happy with the services provide by the great team! read more

Overall, a very good experience. Excellent service!!! Had a great experience In Boyd ,32 ST NE. They took care of me and I had my car back in no time...All cleaned up (inside and outside) and the repair was amazing. You can't even tell there was anything, it looks brand new. I would definitely come back here if this ever happens again... Thank you Alexander Joseph and the folks at Boyd's!

Fantastic service from Joseph Lin, good service attitude, very courteous, very helpful - my car was repaired quickly & perfectly. Receptionist Samantha was polite & welcoming. To my surprise, my SUV was cleaned inside & out. Without a doubt I would recommend your shop to others. The customer pickup/drop off was an added bonus.

i recently had some repair work done at boyd autobody and wanted to let you know how pleased i was with the work and the way i was treated. the staff especially jennifer c. made me fell welcome as soon as i walked in the door i did not have to wait and feel out of place she acted friendly, was helpful and altho the claim that was submitted was not worth thousands of dollars i di indeed feel that i was treated as a valuable customer thankyou so much for this and i will be sure to encourage any of my friends, family and co-workers to your company for further business.
