We're never disappointed with Boyd's services, whether it be autobody or glass. Staff would go the extra mile to make sure the work is not only complete, but done at their best. Our car always looked brand new when we picked it up. Thanks to Samantha, Joseph, and especially Paolo.

I have used Boyd twice in the past and have been satisfied with the service. This week the rocker panel came off my Magnum. Aniei, ( manager ) said if I got the clips Boyd would install for no charge. i got them today and within 10 minutes of going to Boyd the panel was put back on. This is exceptional service and I feel it needs to be recognized. Boyd is my dealer of choice and will tell all where to take their car for body repairs.

All I have to say is that Cathy is the best person to deal with and to know. She is my guardian angel. Thanks a bunch for fixing my little fender bender on short notice.

The quality of work is excellent. My concerns when I brought the vehicle in were a) hidden damage, b) the paint matching. The car was checked and some minor hidden damage was found (crushed bumper foam) this was replaced. The colour match is perfect. When I picked the vehicle up it had been cleaned inside and out. The two gentlemen I dealt with Russell Frost and Lawrence McLaren were professional and friendly. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

This is in addition to my earlier comments and review as I had completely forgot to mention the excellent, professional and courteous service that was given by Samantha (Sam) the front desk person at this location...without a doubt the backbone of that operation. Kudos!

I had an unfortunate incident-random spray painting, bright blue profanities -all over my cute little convertible beetle! What an ordeal- however- I went to Boyd Autobody and Glass, and despite the incident, they were great to deal with-super friendly and understanding- Especially Terry -AKA 'yogibear' -always great to do business with a fellow Yogi! Thank you!! plus the rental fiat was a nice perk-and the new paint job looked super!

I recently took my X5 for repair after a minor door damage. From the moment Robin S. took over my claim he displayed total professionalism and care about my needs. The rental vehicle, time frame needed and information provided was accurate and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and colleagues.
