After dealing with a hit and run on my car, as disappointing as that was, I was so happy with the outcome of bringing my car to Boyd on Nairn. Everyone in the office was great, very friendly and very determined to ensure that I ended up satisfied with my results. My car was ready to go in no time and I will definitely be going back there if anything were to happen again in the future.

Good Morning. I came in last week sometime for an estimate, and I must say the service was excellent. The girl at the desk (with the braces) greeted me so politely and welcoming, and asked what she could help me with. I let her know that I needed an estimate on some damage that I was rather embarrassed about. She grabbed one of her mechanics from the back to assist her, and out they went. Within 5 minutes I had my printout. They were both so polite and understanding!!! I have decided against getting any work done at the time being, but I give this place (those two) a 5 star rating! Good Job Boyd on picking employees!

Had a huge dent in my bumper, but Joseph and the guys at Boyd Autobody in Richmond provided me with excellent service and had my car fixed up and ready to go ahead of schedule. They also took care of all the ICBC paperwork, so it was completely hassle-free. Definitely would recommend these guys!
