Wow!, Wow! Wow! I am so impressed. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car, the customer service provided by Brianne and David was second to none. Kudos to the guys fixing my car, too. Top notch all the way. I had no idea what to do after I left MPI, so I called Boyd. Brianne walked me through everything I would need to do, explained what they would do on their end and it was done. She called me twice to advise on the progress of the repairs, ensured all my questions were answered and was just a treat to deal with. Brianne was not there when I picked up my car, but David was just as customer service oriented and helpful as Brianne. I felt like a very special VIP customer there. In sales myself, I recognize and appreciate excellent customer service and believe that it should be shouted from the rooftops as there is so ... little of it these days, sad to say. So, please take the time to thank Brianne and David for not only taking such good care of this customer, but all your customers, as I am sure this is not a "one off" case. Being new to town, a parent to two small kids, and a victim of a hit and run, I wasn't looking forward to the hassle of getting our front bumper repaired (Corolla 2006). However, from the moment I called to when I first walked into the shop, I was impressed with the professional and friendly service. The repair was completed in a couple of days and the car was detailed inside and out . The staff member's quote for an unrelated window repair was accurate and I feel secure with their lifetime guarantee. I was amazed they even removed the burned on film on the headlights. Like new! Great experience at Boyd Autobody in New Westminster. Friendly courteous receptionist who got all the paperwork in order super fast. Terry did a great job getting my Jeep back in proper order, the results looked better than when I bought the wagon. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do Boyd will be the first call I make.
