Awesome work was done. the repair took a little longer that originally estimated due to new findings. I was kept apprised of the situation by the St. Albert office. I really appreciated the interior & exterior cleaning that was done!! Awesome

Excellent communication. Despite extreme delays from sgi for authorization, kept me in the loop, continued to press sgi, generally did all they could. Also arranged for me to return my rental car to a location nearby, saving me an hour's time. Kim was my main contact there and she was unfailingly friendly and helpful. I am singing Boyd's praises to all and sundry. The work was well done, but I expected that. The rest was extra.

I had a meeting with a large pillar in an underground parking spot and the driver's side bumper needed some repair. I paid a visit to Boyd Autobody and found Wendy S. in Administration most helpful. After an immediate inspection on my vehicle, Chris and Jamie explained the procedure to make my car look brand new. The next morning I took my car in and a loaner was supplied to me. My car was washed pre and post its repair and even the insides were detailed. What a great group of professionally dedicated folks at Boyd.
