I am pleased with the work done by the shop. I appreciated being contacted every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and to be kept in the loop. At one point when I had concerns about the work being done, the manager himself called me to go over everything and did the next couple of follow up calls himself. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful

I dealt with Robin today at boyd auto body. After my car was broken into Easter weekend. Robin got my car in right away and even managed to give me a good price. After calling 15 different window repair shops in Vancouver and surrounding area. Robin had the best customer service hands down. I found 2 places cheaper by a few dollars but the customer service alone made me trust this auto dealer. Not being from Vancouver he notified me of places in the area I could grab breakfast/coffee and had my car fixed and cleaned in a more then timely manner! I would bring my car back if needed for sure!

They were very cooperative with me. Prepared estimate even though I did not have a claim number. Guided me through ICBC regulations. Showed up with ICBC estimate and they took my vehicle in right away and gave me a loaner. Job was completed in 3 days and the results were excellent. Top notch service. Thank you

I have used Boyd twice in the 12 months for 2 separate incidences. I am beyond satisfied with this company and their friendly staff, and would recommend them to anyone hands down. My car came back to me good as new....if not looking better than it did before the accident. I will use them again in the future. Boyd made everything so easy for me after my accident. They provided me with a free loaner car, which was such a great help. The staff and customer service was over the top. I was very pleased with the level of communication while my car was being fixed. Thanks so much for making this such a pleasant experience. I am a very pleased girl with her purple tracker! I really appreciate all the work everyone has done for me on my car!
