I went to Boyd on two separate occasions and Joseph was extremely helpful and courteous both times. The first was for a simple light bulb change and he completed the work pro bono. I was happy to go there again when I needed a dent fixed on my trunk and was very pleased with the quality and speed of the service. Thanks Joseph!

FYI My insurance company is Canadian Northern Shield which you do not have listed nor was I able to enter it manually. I dealt with your estimator, Jon R., exclusively. He is an excellent representative of your company. Jon managed my expectations throughout the whole process which included saving my vehicle from a "right off" designation. Through diligence and perseverance Jon and his crew were able to outsource a mixture of used and OEM parts that came to within $10.00 of the insurance company's threshold. I am very happy with the prompt service given to myself regarding our Mazda 5 repairs to drivers door and passenger. My experience was nothing but 100 % in service and respect to me as a customer. Thank you all staff. Especially the Manager. Extremely helpful and cost effective in my request after the first repair. The car was also cleaned and i truly appreciate the service. Long story short...David and his crew (& Eric) have been absolutely awesome and accommodating to their customers needs. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and I...and as many times I have been there I would say that they are like my little boyd family. It might be a bit sad (in a good way) that when I call they recognize my voice, that's how many times I have been to Boyd. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Boyd on Dudley to anyone. Just 4 days after receiving my repaired car, my car was hit again. The damage appeared to be minor - possibly scrapes to the paint on the front left bumper. I took the car back to Boyds so that they could spray the area to clearly see the damage. The damage was minimal - no paint scrapes, just areas where rubber was left from the tire that brushed the bumper. The staff at this service location buffed the areas right then and there and did not charge me for the service. This was a really nice gesture which I really appreciated since I had just gone through the autopac process and didn't relish going through it again. Again, thank-you very much for your assistance and consideration. You saved me from more grief.

In febuary I had my truck stolen in B.C. And recovered in Edmonton . In the end the insurance co wrote it off. I dealt primarily with Amelie W. and as long and torturous as the insurance co made it she was there every step of the way to be as helpful as possible . She made a frustrating situation a lot better than it could of been. She is very adept at her job and very kind she is a great asset to your company. Although I dint get to really use your services your customer service was five star. Thanks
