Robin S. is a true ambassador for this company. Some one had side swiped my car on the weekend and although the damage was not extensive, there were some visible marks on the side of my car as a result. Very annoying at least as I have always maintained my car the for someone to do this an not leave a note is a sad reflection on some people today. Anyways, Robin took the time to have a look and just said leave it to me . Later on in the after noon a quick email came that the care was ready. I came down and the car was beautifully buffed out with very minor little marks and in the spirit of the season no charge to me. What a welcome surprise especially since I was having a pretty rotten day. I have used this company before for repairs and they have consistently been excellent with their quality work and customer service. Kris is amazing! He has repaired rock dings, damage from a hit and run and most recently he buffed out a scrape from us reversing out the garage. He has great customer service and the work done has always been top notch. I would highly recommend Kris and this location of Boyd Autobody in Victoria.

This particular location has always offered me outstanding service! I did have a bit of a miscommunication in which I double checked with them that there would be no additional charges for the rental car that was being provided to me however I did have to pay for additional coverage or risk paying a $1000 deductible. I called Boyd the same day and told them the coverage was more than I could afford and wondered if I could bring the car back and save the money on the 2 other days they would have my car. They not only took the rental back, but they assured me I wouldn't be charged and offered me a courtesy car at no cost aside from the fuel I used. Unfortunately Enterprise still ended up charging me for the 1 day but I couldn't be happier with the service from Boyd and I would recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

Good service and communication. The staff knows what they are doing, very polite, nice and on time. I received a call from Boyd, few minutes after I received a go signal from my insurance, to arrange my appointment and the car I will be using while my car is in the shop. Few hours after leaving the shop, they called to update me about my concerns, there comments about the damage and duration of the repair. They informed me that the pick up time is 4 hours after. Nice, I have time to drop off the rented car.
