This is the second time I have gone to Body Autobody on Sooke Rd. First was for having my vehicle repaired after an accident and the second was to have my front windshield replace. Both times the office staff where friendly, helpful and treated me with respect not just a claim number. The curiosity vehicles were clean and a great help when without a vehicle while it was repaired.

Thank you so much for the stellar service I received recently from your Glass Department. The service went beyond the replacement of window glass on my vehicle as I am now able to confidently drive my vehicle in a rain storm without rain leaking inside! Thank you for efficiently and effectively finding and fixing the leak, something the car dealership and their glass contractor tried to 'fix' twice without success and cost me hundreds of dollars. (I now know to check the drain plugs for debris). Also, thank you for the car cleaning, another surprise bonus! Clearly, your company's policy to provide exceptional service with thoughtfulness is taken seriously. Thank you again.
