After having a incident with my father's truck, there was a large scrape on the driver's side door. He brought it in to Boyd Autobody on Pembina Hwy for an estimate. Within 30 minutes they were able to buff out the scrape. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. There was also a constant communication about what was going on with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of repairs. They did an outstanding job and provided great service. Thanks for all your help!

After having a large shopping cart hit the passenger side of my vehicle leaving a large paint scrap and possibly body damage, I stopped into the Boyd Auto body location on Pembina Hwy to inquire about an estimate on the damage. After a quick chat with the Area Manager, Rob, he quickly determined the cost of repairs and returned inside to get a cloth and some cleaner to remove the surface paint. Rob then informed me that the remaining damage probably could be removed with a polishing, he then pulled my vehicle inside and 15 minutes he returned my vehicle and the problem was fixed and looking like new. The customer service I experienced at Boyd was exemplary, Rob and the rest of the staff at this location showed a genuine concern for my vehicle and having the damage repaired and ensuring that I was satisfied. Rose and the team at Boyd did an amazing job replacing my rear window after a break in. Two days before the Easter long weekend and Boyd found the parts and replaced my window the next day. Cleaned out the broken glass and washed the car too! Easy, straightforward, quality repairs and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had the most awesome service - called around 11 am Monday March 7 - was given an appointment at 130PM that afternoon for an assessment. Was notified the next day that SGI had confirmed the damage - and parts were ordered, By Thursday the parts were in and my vehicle was in the shop the next day - and 10 days later I had the vehicle back looking better than new. I would like to give 5 stars to Cathy for her outstanding service - keeping us updated on all the progress. This was a first time accident for me- and she made me feel at ease telling me it would be great - thanks again Cathy.
