I arrived at your Dudley location on the afternoon of Jan 5 with collision damage that I was hoping to have repaired without making an insurance claim. Less than 24 hrs later my vehicle was fixed, washed, warm and waiting for me to return your courtesy car. Your representative Katherine Kennedy provided helpful counsel and outstanding service. I couldn\'t help but mention that she appeared to really enjoy her work, an ovservation Katherine cheerfully confirmed. Thank you very much!

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for repairing my Xterra. Looks as good as new, and the repairs went faster than expected once the parts arrived. We will definitely return to your shop should the need arise. We will share with our friends and colleagues the service we received from your location. Not only did your staff take the time to help arrange the courtesy vehicle from Autopac through Enterprise, but gave some good insurance advice relating to that vehicle as well. We were quite impressed with the overall experience.

"All I can say is Wow. I have chosen Boyd for a few collision and glass repairs over the past decade or so mostly because of proximity/convenience and I\'ve always received decent to good service. I currently own a GMC Sierra and recently cracked my bumper on a snow bank. On Christmas eve, I stopped by the Boyd shop on King Edward to ask how much it would cost to replace or if there was some sort of short term fix I could do to keep the crack from growing. I was astonished when Anier said he would patch it for no charge. I couldn\'t help myself say \"Wow\" out loud. The work was done quickly and I was on my way within 25 minutes. I would like to thank Anier, Sam, Candace, and the guys in the shop for their excellent service. I have already told family members and I will spread the word with friends and my workplace. As a new customer to Boyd's,yet not a new customer to collisions and repairs over my 30 year driving span,I was impressed.The service I recieved at your Goulet Location was excellent in particular the only going updates on my vehicle etc.Jason and Cherryl were polite.professional and personable..All fabulous quailities in any service industry.I often have association with new comers to Winnipeg, as well as friends of old will recieve my recommendations in the future! I brought my car to the Marion location to be fixed a while back, and recently I brought it again for 2 more claims. Damaged dash and a damaged front end from an accident. Your website does not indicate what area the Marion location is in so I’m emailing you both so you get the feedback. On all of my claims I’ve dealt primarily with Jason, and I’ve gone through dialog with Cheryl as well (Please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong.) On my last claim I used a courtesy car that broke down in the middle of portage late last night, the last night of a month long repair, I had to have it towed and this morning the branch had the car towed back to them. Luckily, my car was ready today. I went to pickup my car (which was in excellent condition I might add ?) and I found the heat wasn’t working. It would only blow cold air and only out of the ... main vents. No feet or defrost. I called Marion back and let them know. They apologized and took the car back, and promptly gave me another courtesy car that was much better quality.Jason and Cheryl have done an excellent job of keeping me happy. They’ve been very apologetic and quick to help me in any way they can. They’ve had a real “customer first” attitude and I’ve appreciated it. I wanted to make sure you have my positive feedback on these 2, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. read more
