Returned vehicle as paint was peeling on repair to front bumper done first in spring 2011 (bumper was replaced), and then in spring 2012 (bumper was repaired). Supplier did not prime bumper properly, and Boyd had to replace the bumper. They couldn't get a replacement from their original supplier that was adequate so they got me a brand new bumper! They (Mr. Jeff Froese) really took care of me, treated me with respect, kindness, and was very concerned that the job be done right! The whole place is friendly and I must attribute this to their leader, as I assume it is his choice who he hires. It is also very touching that the head guy looked after me! Great place, great service, and they really stand by their work, even when it is not their fault. I have and will continue to highly recommend this particular Boyd Autobody. Thank you.

"Getting my bumper replaced was not something I looked forward to until I met Matt Rowluk. This guy exemplifies superior customer service. He made sure my rental car was ready, he kept me well informed of the process from start to finsih. It was evident to me how important my business was when he called and said there was a small imperfection that needed repair and he would need a little more time to "make it perfect" he said. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my paperwork was ready, he took me outside to look at the work and even had my burnt out headlight replaced without me asking. I wanted to share my appreciation for Matt's excellent service, his genuine desire to make me a satisfied customer and his going beyond my expectations. "A woman backed into us in a parking lot and dented the driver's side rear with a dent that was quite noticeable. We went to Boyd Autobody to determine how much it would cost to have it repaired. Bob Huff gave us an estimate for $600 - 700 to replace the panel. He then offered to try getting ithe dent out with heat and massage it out. Since we are seniors and the car is leased, we asked him how much it would cost. Unbelievably, he said he would do it for us at no charge!!! An exceptional thank you to Bob Huff for fixing the dent in our car and he even refused when we offered him money at least for lunch. We have had excellent customer service from this dealership in past years and this is definitely going the extra mile!!! We are most pleased and will surely "pay it forward." Than you Bob!"

Rank 10 out of 10! Excellent service and repairs. I crunched the headlight in my Dodge Caravan on a snow bank. It was repaired quickly and expertly. In addition, Boyd organized a car rental and pick up which made the process very easy for me. The car detailing transformed a very dirty minivan to a very clean one -interior and exterior! Thank you!

My vehicle, Toyota RAV4 Limited, was at the Selkirk Boyd Autobody + Glass location. The service et al at this location is quite appreciated! The staff we all dealt with are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and considerate. We have recently moved to Selkirk and were glad we went to this Boyd location. David Jackson, the Production Manager, was terrific. He ensured I had a courtesy car to use and gave me several updates as to my vehicle. IF I need their services again in the future, I will not hesitate to use their services. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR BOYD LOCATION.I WILL CONTINUE TO COME OR RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY FRIENDS OR ANYONE ELSE WHO MAY BE LOOKING FOR A GOOD BODY REPAIR SHOP. FINALLY I WOULD COMMENT ON THE PLEASANT RECEPTION I ALWAYS GET FROM THE MANAGER AND OFFICE STAFF AND THEIR ALWAYS FRIENDLY ATTITUDE.

Excellent customer service. I do not have one complaint. Everyone was so friendly. My car was there for about 3 weeks because of parts delays. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. I picked up my car today and they did a fantastic job. I am MORE than satisfied with their service.
