MB - 951 Henderson Hwy, Winnipeg - 10/9/14

I had my vehicle window broken due to theft. This was noticed as I came out of work at 5:15 pm. I called the Henderson location which was closing at 6 pm. Jeff the Manager said to come down, he completed my glass claim found me a rental car within minutes of being there. He even stayed late to complete everything. I originally thought it would be a couple days to receive my vehicle back. It was done the next day shortly after lunch. He went out of his way to provide excellent service, he was reassuring during a stressful event and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I came in with an odd request -- my rear view mirror had fallen off its base on the windscreen and I didn't know if it could be cemented back on or if I needed a new mirror. I received immediate attention, the problem was diagnosed, a solution was proposed, and when it turned out my vehicle had to be housed in the shop for a few hours, was given a ride to and from work to pick up the vehicle later in the day. This was also done gratis, which made my day! Thanks to Jeremy for making all the arrangements and helping me out.

During a very difficult time my Mom's car was broken into. Since she was in the hospital, coordinating repairs with the insurance company for an out of province insurance claim and the auto body shop had it's challenges. The super staff at Boyd Autobody & Glass were very kind and extremely helpful in facilitating the process. We are very pleased with the repairs which were completed quickly. Totally grateful for the great customer service given to us from Boyd Autobody & Glass!!

when I took my car in, the appraisal was done, explaining exactly what was to be done, and what the results would be. The staff that phoned me to update me on the progress of my repair were very pleasant, very helpful. When I received my car, it was clean and the repair was well done. I was very pleased with every step.

I dealt with Breanne and Dave and they were both very personable and friendly. To my joy, my vehicle was ready sooner than I had expected and I was very pleased with the results. My rental car was arranged for me which was hassle-free and so convenient. I had dealt with Boyd in the past (Lakewood) and had no hesitation in returning for my collision repairs.

In a world where really good customer service is difficult to find the staff at the Southdale location are some of the best in the business. The technicians did a great job on my truck also. Even my dad told me to "bring it to Boyd" and i'm glad that I did. Nobody likes going to the body shop but thanks to Matthew and the rest of the team it is a lot easier. Much Respect

The car looks great . it was very fast n easy. loved the detailing inside and out when I picked it up. Had asked for them to replace the rear brakes but was told they just needed alittle cleaning and that they still had lots of life. yay ..For picking up my car I told them I worked 12 hour shifts, the manager offered to open early so I wouldn't miss time at work . Very impressed :)

I have used Boyd twice in the past and have been satisfied with the service. This week the rocker panel came off my Magnum. Aniei, ( manager ) said if I got the clips Boyd would install for no charge. i got them today and within 10 minutes of going to Boyd the panel was put back on. This is exceptional service and I feel it needs to be recognized. Boyd is my dealer of choice and will tell all where to take their car for body repairs.
