I had my truck in for a repair to your Selkirk location. The service right from start to finish was excellent. MPI wouldn't cover the broken fog lamps on my truck so your staff called me with a cost to repair them, I said I would replace them myself. It was a reasonable cost but to replace them wasn't beyond my abilities. The technician Shawn that worked on my truck felt that he couldn't leave part of his canvas unfinished and replaced my fog lamps with like new ones from used parts in the shop for no charge. It was plain to see that Shawn takes the highest pride in his work not just for the free fog lamps but also for the great job he did on my truck. I've been in retail management for thirty five years and it is a pleasure to have been on receiving end of superior service from Selkirk location.

I would like the owner of this Boyd auto body location to know what an absolutely EXCELLENT manager he/she has in David B. This man has everything going for him-excellent people skills and a great personality. He really knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and he goes way beyond the average effort to please his customers. He should be promoted and given a raise for his excellent customer service and satisfaction. He is the reason that my family and I will keep returning to this location. The man is worth his weight in gold!

My truck went in to get the front bumper replaced. It was in and out in day which I liked. The people at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Brandon went above and beyond what I was expecting as when I picked up my truck they had cleaned and detailed the inside of my cab. It was quite dirty inside and now it looks way better. Thank you to the Brandon Boyd people for the wonderful job.

Great service provided by the team at King Edward St. in Winnipeg! We had our vehicle in for body work in the summer because of a minor accident and were very pleased with the work done. We were even more pleased when months later a problem came up around where the work was done. The front line staff quickly and efficiently looked up the past work order and suggested I leave the car for them to have another look. Anier K. listened carefully to my concerns and was willing to see if they could help. In no time at all the service technicians were able to solve the problem that 2 other service people elsewhere could not! I drove away with a repaired and clean car! I was very impressed by everyone that I dealt with. They were all helpful, attentive and friendly. So great to see good customer service still exists! I hope I don't need any body ... work done again on my vehicle, but if I do, I will return to Boyd. Thank you again very much Anier and your team! read more

I was amazed with the service I received @ boyd autobody. I brought in my brand new Van that had almost $4000 worth of damage to it. I was so surprised to hear that it was already fixed the next day! Not only that , but the one night I was without my vehicle I had a broken window in my enterprise rental. I phone enterprise but they were closed so I called the Manager of Boyd to see what to do, he came to my house at 830 pm to tape up my window so I could take the kids to school in the morning. Very impressed with Boyd Autobody on Scurfield.

Good morning, I would like to provide positive feedback to the office manager David and Eriq (staff) at Boyd Scurfield. Normally when you hear bad things the entire world knows about in seconds. But when people does a good work, you rarely hear them. When I took my car in, my rental car was already available, I was told that my car would be available by Friday, but low and behold I got my car 2 days than the normal eta. I was very impressed with the overall service and hopefully this would be the "last time" that I would go to boyd to get my car fixed. But in the event that i do need a service i know where to go. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE and keep it up.

From the first interaction via phone, Yvonne and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain and help me in the process of getting my vehicle repaired. They even got me my car back in time for Christmas when we had a house full of guests. I'm so impressed and very thankful my husband suggested we go there. Excellent representation of Boyd Autobody and I will for sure be recommending them.
