I got to the shop for 10am as agreed and got informed if I wanted I could wait for my vehicle as the bumper to be replaced was already painted. As I had nothing to do I agreed to wait. I got to see first hand the staff dealing with some customers. Theresa was dealing with some people whom had never made a claim for damages and they had a ton of questions. She answered them so professionally.. They could not understand how they could not be booked in earlier than the date given as it was just a bumper to be replace. Theresa took the time to explain how the part had to be ordered on a foreign vehicle and it would not be in until next week as Friday was a holiday. The customers did not seem to understand, so she explained it a different way until they did. She kept taking her time and checking with her boss to give them the best service. The ... couple left to go shop around for a quicker fix. Theresa has the patience of Job. As for the work done on my vehicle it is second to none and I am 100% pleased and would recommend Boyd to everyone. read more

I have dealt with Boyd on Pembina about 4 times. Always found them professional and helpful. Always keep us informed regarding our vehicle. I am always happy with the quality of the work. Today I dealt with Rob and Kelly. Thank you for the help with the car. Great service. We will not deal with another shop. You are too good!

Long story short...David and his crew (& Eric) have been absolutely awesome and accommodating to their customers needs. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and I...and as many times I have been there I would say that they are like my little boyd family. It might be a bit sad (in a good way) that when I call they recognize my voice, that's how many times I have been to Boyd. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Boyd on Dudley to anyone. Top notch service, wouldn't trust anyone else with my family vehicle. thank you David and crew

Just 4 days after receiving my repaired car, my car was hit again. The damage appeared to be minor - possibly scrapes to the paint on the front left bumper. I took the car back to Boyds so that they could spray the area to clearly see the damage. The damage was minimal - no paint scrapes, just areas where rubber was left from the tire that brushed the bumper. The staff at this service location buffed the areas right then and there and did not charge me for the service. This was a really nice gesture which I really appreciated since I had just gone through the autopac process and didn't relish going through it again. Again, thank-you very much for your assistance and consideration. You saved me from more grief.
