Jason the location manger on Nairn was more than I could ask for when getting my 2003 VW Beetle serviced for some body damage and a repaired windshield. He was highly knowledgeable and kind in his presentation. He is a positive addition to your family and as I told him, he earned a customer for life....actually scheduled my truck for next week.

I had my SUV repaired at King Edward, Matt did the body work and I have to say that it looks brand new again! He did a fantastic job as did the painters. I was advised by phone and email as to the progress on my vehicle on a regular basis, such a nice touch. Thank you to everyone that I dealt with at Boyd from the people on Lakewood and King Edward.

I was extremely pleased with the quick service in replacing my mirror on the driver side door. I contacted the Ford dealership two weeks ago and have to date not heard from them. I went to Boyd on Wed and today, Fri after 15 minutes my mirror was replaced , vehicle washed and I was done. Reps are very courteous and efficient. I was really impressed and will be back for any service that they could provide for me.

Stopped by after my truck's rear passenger panel and door was scratched in a hit and run. Manager came out and told me "let me take it back and see what I can do for you". 15 minutes later, much of the 2 foot long scratch is buffed out free of charge. Will be coming back

I'm very pleased with the service and work this location did for us. They when beyond what I would expect. The car was return clean inside and out, no indication that the car was ever in a body shop, in fact it never looked that good. The courtesy car was clean and economically to operate.
