I'm very pleased with the service and work this location did for us. They when beyond what I would expect. The car was return clean inside and out, no indication that the car was ever in a body shop, in fact it never looked that good. The courtesy car was clean and economically to operate. Leslie A. was my CSR. I have nothing but positive feelings about the service received. Since I never saw anyone else in the reception area, I assume she was by herself for the day. Leslie was extrememly efficient and friendly; always smiling with an outgoing prsonality. What ever she's getting paid isn't enough. The work itself was done quickly. An added bonus that I didn't expect was that my car was detailed. I really apprciated that. I would promote Boyd Autobody to everyone. You provide excellent service. Thank you.

Last week I went to the Southdale branch to get an estimate on re-attaching a side moulding on the door of my truck. The estimator explained the procedure in doing the work and told me that it would take approximately an hour. He also gave an approximate price of under $100.00. When I asked to make an appointment he suggested it could be done now if I had the time. I accepted and came back an hour later and it was done. The work was well done and to my pleasant surprise, there was no charge. Great. The manager and staff at the branch are to be commended. Thank you very much for the repair done.
