The office manager Mr. Bob was helpful and friendly! Brittany (office personal) was very informed, helpful, friendly, & extremely efficient!! My car was returned to me being washed & vacuumed from a wonderful 'detail person' !! What a delight to have my vehicle shown upmost respect, regardless of it's age!!! What a wonderful experience, I will HIGHLY recommend this location to all that I tell my story to, or those looking for SERVICE!!!!

I had a collision and brought my car to the Boyd Auto body on Scurfield and the customer service at this location is extraordinary!! I cannot express enough how happy I was with the customer service at this location-specifically from Breanne!! My car was written off--which is unfortunate, but my experience with Boyd and everyone there was absolutely delightful. Hopefully I will not need any repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will come back to the Scurfield Boulevard Boyd without hesitation. :)

Had a great with a minor repair of my driver's side door hinge which was slightly bent. Had it adjusted and was out of the shop within 15 minutes. Exceptional service!

I brought my car into Boyd on regent last week to get my windshield replaced. Melissa was very friendly and helpful. She made sure my car was done early as I needed it by a certain time. It was fast and efficient! I am very happy with the service I was provided and the excellent customer service! Thank you Melissa and the staff over at Boyd on regent. I will definitely use your services again.

This particular location has always offered me outstanding service! I did have a bit of a miscommunication in which I double checked with them that there would be no additional charges for the rental car that was being provided to me however I did have to pay for additional coverage or risk paying a $1000 deductible. I called Boyd the same day and told them the coverage was more than I could afford and wondered if I could bring the car back and save the money on the 2 other days they would have my car. They not only took the rental back, but they assured me I wouldn't be charged and offered me a courtesy car at no cost aside from the fuel I used. Unfortunately Enterprise still ended up charging me for the 1 day but I couldn't be happier with the service from Boyd and I would recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

I am so grateful. The night before selling my car, someone threw a large frozen pumpkin at the windshield. I went to Boyd the very next morning. No appointment. Just a sad face. My car was beautifully repaired and cleaned that day. Teresa was extremely helpful in advising my deductible was waived for vandalism claims, saving me $200. Thanks so much, Boyd Team. You're the best!

My back window was accidentally broken on my trip into Winnipeg. I called Boyd and asked if they could tape some plastic on so I could make it back home to Neepawa. They kindly said it would be no problem, they could do that free of charge. It was quick, friendly, service and comforting to know the job was professionally done so I could travel the 200 km back home. Thanks!

I was preparing my Honda Civic to be sold and brought my vehicle in for an estimate on some superficial scrapes on the side of my car. The young man working that afternoon suggested trying a rub treatment prior to providing a cost for repair. He did a preliminary brief cleaning and then applied a rub compound followed by a polishing using a drill like tool. The obvious scratches disappeared and my car looked great. I didn't need the expensive paint job I was expecting. Thank you Boyd Autobody.

Thank you for the great service and quality of work you have provided. It was a very satisfying experience. There is an exception. When I turned the vehicle in I asked the service person to re attach the heat shield for which I would pay separately. He told me this would be done and included it on the work order and wrote the instruction with marker on the rear window. As it turned out this did not happen. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received recently at Boyd. The manager, David , was extremely friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. The rest of the staff were as well, always answering my questions thoroughly and in a pleasant manner, whether on the phone or in person. It's not often you find customer service like that. All my needs were looked after and I never once felt like I had to push for anything. I will always choose Boyd in the future when the need arises and will highly recommend Boyd to my friends and family.
