I would like to acknowledge David B. location manager, for his very excellent customer service. It would have been closer for me to go to the Scurfield location but I chose to go to the King Edward location strictly because of David being there. He has excellent people skills and truly understands the meaning of customer service. He is a big asset to the company and is always a pleasure to do business with.

I had comparisons and finally chose here by their patient and courterous answers. My rear door latch was broken, they first gave me inspection then bought a used parts, less costly. we are satisfied with reasonable price and considerate service. btw, my car was cleanly washed, feel good...

I had a small job - just to put a piece of body molding back on my driver side door. They did it very quickly on a weekday morning while I had a coffee. I went to pay but Ed told me that because it was such a small job he would just do it for free. Big thanks to Ed and the manager for being so nice. I will be back there when I really need any work done.

Employees of Boyd AutoBody on Henderson Hwy have always been courteous and professional and their workmanship excellent. They have replaced a windshield and made repairs on a few occasions for us and when we needed repairs again in March, our first thought was Boyd. Always updating us as to the status of the repair until the day of pick up. Thank you Teresa.

Colter, the technician (painter) who repaired my vehicle definitely takes pride in the work he does, as it shows in the final product...my vehicle looks amazing!! They were polite knowledgeable, efficient. I was amazed at such tremendous service. My car was repaired in short order and was returned to me in sparkling clean condition. It was as pleasant an experience as possible when having car repair done.. If only other companies would take a page from your book.

I received my 2000 Caravan home from Boyd yesterday after having body work done.Took it out this a.m. for shopping and felt like I was driving a new vehicle,it even smelled new inside !! Others noticed also,two different people commented on the mint condition of my van.It does look wonderful......congrats to you! Thanks again Rob.
