I wanted to send a follow up email to my first. After a rocky start from my initial contact, my experience has been great. Bob and Michael have been fantastic! Thank you to all the people in the shop who did a wonderful job putting back together my very damaged car. Thank you again to Bob and Michael who dealt with me daily and saved my car from the wrecker. I appreciate all your help.

The staff at Boyd on 84 Scurfield Blvd Winnipeg were very helpful and always kept me up to date with the current state of repairs. Even though the timeline to repair was missed it was due to external circumstances and the staff at Boyd's went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't without transportation. All my concerns were addressed and taken care of in a friendly and courteous manner. On top of that, all of their services are lifetime guaranteed! I would definitely recommend Boyd's! A special thanks to Anier and Brianne for their excellent customer service!

We were on holiday and picked up a stone chip en route to Winnipeg. We pulled in to Boyd Auto Glass and told our sad story, hoping the might be treatable and the windshield salvageable. Less than 15 minutes later we were on our way. The service was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient -- thanks a bunch, Boyd Auto Glass!! :)

We had taken my daughters car in yesterday to check a small stone chip on the windshield. Bob H. the manager, had the technician come and look at it and he had determined it was too small to drill and fill. Bob had the technician put an epoxy compound over the area to prevent any further spreading. He also had a spare name bar for her car that he replaced on the back trunk because hers was cracked, without having my daughter pay for it. Bob takes great pride in providing excellent service and customer satisfaction. He operates the location with well trained employees that give more than 100% service to their customers.We have been going to this location for many years and will continue to do. Boyd should be very proud to have a manager like Bob H. to operate their location. An awesome place with great service. Thanks again.

I have typically gone to the actual dealership corresponding to the brand of my vehicle for passed repairs, but after hearing my Dads feedback I decided to give Boyd a shot. Let me start off by saying it was a good choice! I booked my appointment online at the Boyd right beside my work - I went in and about 10 minutes later they had me ready to go with a Boyd corolla at no extra cost. Despite the fix only taking all of 2 days Boyd was on the ball with updating me every step of the way on my vehicles progress. Lastly, When i had picked up my vehicle I was again blown away.. my vehicle was washed inside AND out, they fixed the bad wiring on the one running light and even adjusted my steering wheel (which was completely unrelated to the damage). Great people! Convenient locations! Amazing and timely work!

Teresa S. was very helpful with asking questions, empathizing with my situation. She took time to listen, ask pertinent questions and provide information that I needed. Within an hour of talking to Teresa, she had arranged for me to bring in my vehicle in to Boyd, secure a car rental for me and by the time I arrived, the car rental team was there to go over the paperwork and hand off the keys. She has since discussed details and she has efficiently answered my questions. My thanks to Teresa for being such a great initial point of contact.
