I had a great experience dealing with Boyd, right from the first phone call on a Friday when I asked Drew if they could fit me in. He asked me to fax him my info & he called me back within minutes to say he could get me in on Tuesday morning. He quoted a completion day of that Friday so imagine my surprise when he called THE NEXT DAY to tell me I could pick up my car, it was done! And when I picked it up I discovered they had detailed the entire interior in addition to making it look brand new on the outside...these guys are amazing & everyone I dealt with was so friendly. I have been recommending them to my friends & colleagues, especially after this awful hailstorm we just had.

All staff were very pleasant, explained everything to me and had the car ready when they said they would. Nice surprize, the inside of the car had been vacuumed and the dash etc polished. I am very impressed by how my case was handled by your employees, the helpfulness of the staff and the promptness of the repair. The only thing I think that could be improved is making sure the detailing of the vehicle was not done very well. The vehicle was still quite dirty and we found broken glass still in the back of our truck when I got it back. Thanks

Having your car fixed is not generally a positive experience. In my case, despite needing to have my car fixed as a result of a hit and run, I had a great experience with Boyd. The staff was friendly, and made the process easy. They called and emailed whenever they had alerts as to the status of my vehicle, and even pushed it through faster because of a cancellation. They did a great job on my car, and I will definitely be referring business to them. I was planning to write a thank you email to the team, but am happy to share it on here for more people to see.
