Drew and the folks at Boyd ROCK!!! I was in a car accident, rear ended, which left me with physical injuries that I'm still working through. Even though the damage to my car was minimal (you wouldn't even know I was in an accident), I needed to have it properly looked at and repaired. So, I filed a claim the same day of the accident and began the process of walking through this difficult situation as I've never been in a car accident before. When I came to Boyd for the initial assessment of my car and subsequent estimate, Drew Turnbull took a look and captured pictures of the damage. He was professional, friendly, and very understanding about my situation. He was also very reassuring in that Boyd could handle and repair my car. That was a huge weight off my shoulders as I was, and still am, dealing with my physical healing. I am truly ... thankful and grateful to God that Drew and the folks at Boyd were there to help me along. It was a wonderful and delightful experience to deal with everyone at Boyd, Edmonton Trail, Calgary. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision or glass repair. We were very pleased with Boyd! They were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They carefully assessed the damage to our car, explained the repair process, and kept in touch on a regular basis. Ultimately, they just did a really great job. While we hope not to need their services again (we wouldn't want to be rear-ended again!), we would return to them for future repairs. We should add that our claim was handled entirely by our insurance company (we were not at fault for the damage, and we did not have to pay for the deductible). The process between Boyd, the insurance company, and the car rental company was seamless. It made what could have been a very stressful situation relatively pleasant. Thanks!

I dropped my car off on the weekend due to shift work. I received calls on Tuesday and Thursday informing me of how the work was progressing on my vehicle. They called back on Friday to say that it was completed ahead of schedule, however I was out of the province on vacation. There was no issue with me picking up my vehicle at a later date. When I was able to pick up the vehicle I was impressed with the work and my vehicle was looking pristine.

Friendly service; clean car. Moon roof replaced. Unfortunately, the moon roof is not working properly. Perhaps it should have tested before we drove away!

The service was excellent. I was in for the estimate, drop off and pick up. Each time, the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I was in and out in no time at all. The staff on the phone lines were also very helpful and friendly.

This was the 2nd time Boyd's repaired my rear bumper and once again I was VERY impressed with the service provided. They kept me up-dated on the progress of the repair and made arrangements for Enterprise staff to pick me up for the loaner. My car was ready when they said it would be and the estimated cost was very close to the final price. Friendly staff and excellent results.Thanks so much.

Took awhile to book the vehicle in, but it was ready exactly when I was told it would be, and it was even nicely detailed inside when I went to pick it up. Nice touch. I also appreciated the progress calls I got detailing where they were at with the repairs. I would definitely recommend!
