Had a great experience for an unfortunate situation. Had a rock chip in my windshield and went to this location without an appointment. Right away a gentlemen from the service team went and looked at the chip and told me it was 50/50 for full repair but if they couldn't get it they wouldn't charge for it. Quite amazing to hear that! They offered to drive me to work as they would need the car for a little while and right away someone was ready to take me. As soon as they had tried to fix it (unable to fully repair) I was contacted and advised of the situation. It was a huge improvement from what it was before but they didn't charge me for it. All in all I haven't had this level of customer service in a while and it is a really refreshing approach to an industry that deals with accidents all the time. We had two cars repaired at 1111-73 Ave. Both times the repairs were perfect. Service from Robin and Gail was excellent! Highly recommended to everyone who needs auto/body or glass work at a fair and honest price. Very friendly shop and staff.

These guys are incredible! From Wendy, who manages to multi-task in a very busy office with a smile on her face, to Chris and Jamie who are professionals with a heart, to the guys who work on the vehicles, this office exemplifies the meaning of excellence in customer service! They have exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend them for anyone in need of vehicle body repairs!

I found the service at Boyd's to be friendly, informative and efficient. I was dealt with expeditiously, but not rushed. All my questions and concerns were dealt with in a very courteous and informed manner. I am very pleased with the repair - the paint is a perfect match and the repair is invisible. I will definitely return for any future repairs and I will certainly recommend this store to family and friends.

When my 2008 Mercedes Benz 320ml diesel was hit by a guy reversing out of a parking spot with a huge tow hitch I was devastated. With only 48,000 clicks and not a scratch or chip I was worried that my showroom condition SUV was doomed for good. I warned Wendy, & Jamie that I was a very fussy car owner. I was pleasantly surprised my car came back as good as new. A new door and running board later is what it took. What also impressed me is they didn't mess with my personal, settings and stuff... even the radio stations were the same. Well done to the team on Sooke Road Boyd.

Location was very convenient for it was near my workplace. Customer service rep Samantha T. was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. I just had the windshield on my car replaced and I will see how it is during my drives this month.

My purpose for visiting Boyd was because my vehicle window was broken into one night. Shocked in the morning when I was getting ready to go to work, I desperately called the first company that came to my mind, "Bring it Boyd, insist on Boyd! Autobody and Glass! Bling!". So to the closest Boyd I went, the one located on Bridgeport in Richmond. I was greeted by a joyful young lady by the name of Samantha. Although it was quite early in the morning, she greeted me with enthusiasm. I quickly told her my situation and she got to work. I rolled my car in and they taped up my window, or what's left of it and vacuumed up all the glass. Because of my busy work schedule, it was difficult to book a convenient time to get my window fixed, but Samantha busted her brains to think of the best option that would suit my schedule. I cannot say enough good things about Boyd Autobody and Glass. I had my windshield replaced... and I am glad I came to Boyd. They were friendly, and helpful from the first point of contact. Going above and beyond. Even made sure my car was ready to go before I needed to head for the school run. They had it washed and detailed as well. This alone is huge! Professional and detail oriented. I will be back and be recommending Boyd to others. This type of service is hard to come by. Thank you.
