Joseph and Richard (Hope I'm getting Richards name right). Were fantastic to me this morning. In fact the entire Richmond Team were incredible. I have never felt more welcome and accommodated at an autobody shop. I did not have an appt but stopped in first thing in the morning with hopes to get a rock ship fixed. The gang opened a few minutes early and offered me coffee and got my car in within a matter of minutes... and fixed lightening quick! (I actually made it to work on time!) The entire team was professional, courteous and kind. I would highly recommend this location and even though it's not the closest to my house I would make a point of going back based on my wonderful experience today. Thanks again guys! :)

Just want to give a shout out to all the friendly staff at the maple ridge location! They fixed a small amount of damage on my car with fast and exceptional service! My car was cleaned inside and out , wasn't expecting that. Susan at the front counter is always warm and friendly, again thank you so much!

The entire experience at Boyd Auto Body was exceptional! The staff was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Everything we needed to know was clearly explained. In fact, since we couldn't fault anything about our experience this time, we signed up to get some unrelated body work done, which we'll be paying for ourselves!! Keep up the good work!

I was very pleased with service I received 2 weeks ago from JB who upon doing a quick estimate for a large scratch on my vehicle's rear bumper, assessed it, gave me some advice, saved me money on spending my $300 deductible and buffed it so that it didn't show as much. He was up front, honest, and incredibly helpful. We will be returning to this autobody shop for any future repairs and service because of how happy and satisfied I was from this visit. Overall it was a very good experience.

Excellent service, including client care and quality. I brought my SUV to Boyd to get my windshield replaced and they did a great job! Even made sure my SUV was ready to go earlier than originally scheduled for so I could get a ride to pick it up. From the first point of contact by phone in response to my email, to the final pickup, Jamie, Chris and Wendy were very helpful and accommodating. They even had the inside and out of my SUV washed, cleaned, and vacuumed (which was huge as it's been months since it was done; almost didn't recognize it). Very good experience and I will highly recommend this location!
