I was highly impressed with the service at this location. From my first quote inquiry, Rose was both helpful and friendly. The price was more reasonable than any other company I contacted and the repair service was fast. I would definitely recommend Boyd in the future.

I went there to fix my back bumper, and it was really great experience. They took pictures, and clearly explained everything to me. And my car was fixed within one day. Great customer service and great experience.

This is the second time with in the past year I have come to this Boyd Autobody location to get a smashed in window fixed. both times I have dealt with Rose K. I have to say, Rose has fantastic customer service skills. From minute one on the phone she was efficient, and to the point. She ordered the replacement window I needed and told me to come in right away (with out any prior appointment). It took a few hours, the whole job was done smoothly and correctly, at a good price. Thank you to Rose and the technicians who completed the job in a timely fashion with no notice whats so ever. Will definately be going back here if needed. Thanks guys!

On Dec 12th, I was angle parked on Hampton Blvd, the only car on the street on a dead-end street. I looked to my right to see if anyone was coming, it was clear so I backed up to my left (towards the dead-end). Les P. was in his mother's 2006 Mercedes Benz and was behind me, going slow, ready to pull in to pick his mother up. She normally drives but as it was scheduled to snow that day, he said he didn't want her driving, and would pick her up. I backed into her silver car, breaking the L rear bumper on my vehicle, and scuffing hers. We both reported it immediately. Boyds were busy over the Christmas holidays but let me know that the parts were in and scheduled repairs for January 5 and I was able to pick it up on the 6th. It looks shiny and new and I am very pleased! (Hopefully not too many noticed the damage in the meantime).

Excellent service from start to finish. Was kept informed every step of the way. Went for n for what was thought to be just a front bumper repair. Turned out there was a thin crack. Was recommended to replace rather then repair. Was then given choice of after market or Ford. Went with ford. Everything looks great. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys. Great work????

What can I say .. I may NOT have the RIGHT words for describing Kelly and Paolo who went out of their ways to service my vehicle. Their customer service in dealing with ICBC and keeping informed was second to none. Kelly and Polo were polite, professional, dedicated to providing day-2-day updates and chain of work needed and interactions with ICBC. Afterwards when I went to pick up my car, I actually didn't even recognize the car because they cleaned the outside so nicely, I was stumped. Keep up the good work !! Bob Gill
