Everyone at this location was super helpful, courteous, and efficient. Everything was explained to me in detail, from the beginning to end. The service was very fast, and I was very happy to get my truck back so quickly, and in top notch shape. I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd, and in particular this location to anyone. Thanks!

My entire family has at least once brought their vehicles to be repaired or assess at Boyd Autobody & glass... I can see why they pick BOYD. The customer service is second to none. Truly impressed from drop off to pick up.. The Manager Jb was available to answer all my questions/concerns. Keep up the good work!

Best overall experience ever with an autobody shop! Edward was professional, courteous and conscientious. He took the time to explain and not only walk me through the estimate but showed me where the specific repairs will be on my vehicle. Enterprise car rental was quick and very convenient. Repairs were done in a timely manner and am 100% satisfied with the work done by Boyd. My car was washed inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my floor mats were scrubbed clean and looked brand new! Would highly recommend this location and would definitely come back.

I've had my company vehicle repaired twice at this location and they are amazing- so friendly and helpful, everyone says "hello Steve" when I walk into their office. The before and after service is perfect, I would recommend Boyd to anyone who needs their car repaired

There is no other shop I would rather deal with than Boyd in ABBOTSFORD. JB the Ops manager and staff always go the extra mile to please and go way beyond my expectations. Very honest, always greet you with a big smile and very considerate. Everything is always done to perfection. Thanks again

I received excellent service from Jon and his team who were more than willing to go above in beyond by answering the many questions I had, and completing their work efficiently and to a very high standard. The courtesy car I received was in excellent condition and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely be going back to this location for any work that I may need in the future.

My car got broken into the night before, so I filled out the form that night to schedule an appointement for repair. Robin S., general manager of this location, contacted me the morning after to grab all the insurance details to get my claim and repair started. By the time I came by to drop off my car at 730am, he already ordered the glass and said it should be done by lunch time. I was surprise on how fast they acted. I never had this excellent service with any repair shop in Vancouver. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. Thank you

Excellent service! They are very courteous and provide fast and efficient service. The reception areas are clean and pleasant to walk into. I was very pleased with the service at Boyds Westshore. In one day and out the next. The car looked like new again, the body work, the match up paint and clean as a whistle. I came in with a dent in my bumper and no idea how it got there. Brendan was so nice and was able to get somebody out as I waited to take a look at it. Within ten minutes they had popped the dent out and had me on my way, free of charge! That's what I call customer service! Thanks so much for making my day!
