The evaluation and booking were seamless and the repair was done promptly and without fuss. All contact with the insurance company was managed by Boyd. I was also intending to book to have a broken bodywork component replaced. It was done in minutes for free. Much appreciated and unexpected.

The front end of our car was damaged when my husband had an unfortunate run-in with a deer near Victoria. I took my car into Boyd late last week and was impressed with Jon and his team from the moment I arrived. Jon was quick but thorough with his estimate and scheduled me in for Tuesday of this week. The team arranged for a rental car for me which all went off without a hitch. Just picked up my car and it looks amazing! The paint match looks perfect and my front bumper has never looked better! Thank you all for the seamless, friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in need.

Once again Boyd Autobody (Abbotsford) has out done themselves. My good friend was also involved in a car accident a week prior to me. The earliest appointment he could get with Craftsman was March. His accident happened Feb 2. The first place I called was Boyd. They asked me to come down to get some paper work completed and pictures taken. My car was completed Feb 16th. I guess my friend should of called Boyd Abbotsford.

I was involved in a parking lot fender bender earlier today. Not having the best driving record I was stressed out about my ICBC premiums going through the roof. I called Boyd to schedule an appointment to get an private estimate. They took me in right away. No waiting, no hassle. Not only did they give me a estimate they took the vehicle in ,washed it, polished out the scratches and touched up whatever was remaining. THANK YOU TEAM BOYD. I hope I never have to comeback (unless I need to) but I will surly recommend you to EVERYONE.

WOW!!! These guys not only helped me convince ICBC that the truck was worth fixing, they also did a really good job of the repair! Looks better than when I bought the truck! Personal service was excellent and they had the job done in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these folks! Keep up the good work!!
