My parents car had their back widow smashed and bumper vandalized one night. I called Boyd and they took really good care of them. They helped them out with their rental car and walked them through the insurance claim as well. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Paolo and his team at the Richmond location have earned our business for life.

Had a small dent at button of the driver side door. They fixed it promptly. Didn't charge! Amazing service and hospitality. Wish other body shops were so honest.

My car was involved in an accident in March. From start to finish, my contact with Boyd's Autobody was top notch. Jesse took excellent care of all paperwork and communication. He was clear with instructions and always answered my questions like a professional. Very courteous, he obviously knows his job well and set me up with a prompt rental. I felt I was in good hands with him taking care of every detail. Many thanks to Jesse as well as to Jon and Fernando for making the entire situation stress free. Everyone does their part so well! My car looks AMAZING! I will always go to Boyd's for any required work and will highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I have been to Boyd's Richmond location on 2 occasions and am extremely thankful and highly impressed by the the flawless work and excellent service of Paulo and his team. Everything from setting up an appointment and making arrangements for a courtesy car to picking up my beautifully repaired vehicle on the date promised was easy and stress free. I recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass to everyone!

Edward W. and team were absolutely amazing to work with. They really took their time to explain the process and provided a very thorough explanation for any work that would need to be done for my vehicle. I was side swiped and the team took care of the entire thing and it now looks completely flawless. They went above and beyond and even helped to fix a small rust spot for me free of charge. I could not be happier with the service. I would 100% recommend friends and family to this location.

I was very pleased with the work done. Boyd had our car back on the road before a competitor could even book an assessment appointment. The staff were super helpful and even provided several free services, e.g. defogged our headlight glass for free. Also, the car was washed and, to my surprise, appeared to be cleaned inside. The repairs were well done and reasonably priced

Excellent Service from start to finish! Excellent communication in terms of letting you know where your car is in the process of repair. Very positive and welcoming atmosphere. Honest and reliable, will go out of their way to get your car in for repair as soon as they can. Car is returned clean inside and out and with speedy service.
