I dropped off my vehicle at Boyd Auto Body, and the friendly, helpful staff made the entire process easy. The rental vehicle was ready when I arrived, and my vehicle was returned within the promised time frame, washed on the outside, and cleaned inside. Great service from start to finish!

I took my vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, and JB and his team were amazing! Not only did they do an incredible job fixing my vehicle, but it was absolutely spotless inside and out when I picked it up. I also didn't realize at the time that I had left some cash in the vehicle. When I picked it up, the cash was still there. I wanted to say that I was very impressed with Keith F. and his excellent customer skills. He kept us informed about the status of the repair work and explained clearly how the process would work about getting a rental car and all the other details. Everything was just as he said. The front end staff were very courteous and helpful. This is the third time we have needed to use Boyd in Abbotsford and each time they were consistently good at fixing our cars .

What a great experience, this location really took care of me, picked/dropped me off and made this while stressful situation(accident) very easy and comforting. The manager there "JB" was very effeicant, fast and made me feel like I was important!! Take a brand new 1 week old dodge ram that has been keyed. Add the owner being a furniture finisher with 30 years experience. And you have a very upset guy who will notice any flaws in the repairs. Any flaws at all... and the colour being Black pearl metallic you end up with almost worst case scenario...with that said. Boyd on Peardonville in Abbotsford repaired my truck back to perfection. Even in direct sunlight I can find no signs of bodywork and the colour match including metallic flakes is spot on. Thanks for doing it right guys. If you're reading this testimonial then you're concerned on who to take your vehicle to. In my opinion, take it to Boyd.

The service at Boyd AutoBody in Abbotsford was second to none! From the initial quote to service and pick up my experience with Boyd (specifically JB) was top notch. They made me feel valued as a customer and insured I had a clear picture of the work that was being done on my vehicle. Trustworthy body shop to say the least! If any of my family or friends were ever in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a body shop i would highly recommend Boyd!

I would like to thank Jb and his team for the amazing service they provided. They picked up my vehicle from my truck yard, took it to Boyd. Had it repaired before closing hours. On top of that Jb insisted he will keep the truck at his office so it wont get dirty in the yard and to call him once I'am off. So he can send a driver to pick me up and take me to the office. THANK YOU TEAM BOYD
