I would like to commend John, Scott and Jodi for their excellent customer service - and everyone else who had anything to do in any way with the repair of my car. My car was backed into in a parking lot recently. I was pretty rattled and I wasn't sure what I needed to do so I called the Boyd's shop on John S. to find out - my husband had his vehicle repaired there several months ago and was very pleased with the service and the repair and, thankfully, I still had the business card in my purse. Jodi answered the phone and very calmly and efficiently (I wasn't feeling very calm at the moment so that helped) explained what I, and the driver of the other vehicle needed to do (the other driver wasn't calm at all - she was completely distraught and sobbing). Following Jodi's instructions, we exchanged the required information, I took pictures ... of both vehicles and we went our separate ways. When I arrived at Boyd's, John and Scott explained the repair process to me, checked over my car, told me how long it would take and booked an appointment for me for the following week. I felt relieved to know that all I had to do was bring my car back and they would take care of everything. When I returned at the appointed time the following week, Jodi had all the paperwork ready and waiting and Scott went over my car with me, explaining very clearly and simply exactly what was involved in the repair and how it would be done - he had marked my car to indicate each section and area affected. I left feeling confident that my new (and leased) car would look like new again. I really appreciated the courtesy car I was provided - it was clean and fueled up and all I had to do was drive away in it. My car was ready a day earlier than promised - thank you very much! When I picked it up, everyone was just as friendly, efficient and organized as they had been both times I was there previously. Obviously it takes teamwork, by everyone at the shop, to provide such a pleasant and worry-free customer experience in such unpleasant and stressful circumstances. Customer service was great. They got my estimate done in a matter of minutes and booked in my appointment for repair. They arranged the rental car and got my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. I had a fantastic experience with Boyd. My vehicle was violently vandalized and extensively damaged. The Boyd group did an incredible job of repairing and restoring my vehicle (new hood, new roof, new windshield etc). They went above and beyond by offering me a courtesy car (despite my insurance not covering it), repainting an old scratch on my bumper, and even fixing an air conditioning issue, not to mention the extensive repairs from the vandalism. I had a great, professional experience and would recommend Boyd to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent Service and my poor car looks like a brand new off the lot machine. The staff were courteous and professional. I came in, they looked at the damage, got the estimate and approval from ICBC. Booked the car in, I got to drive a loaner car for 10 days; fixed the front end. Beautiful results. I would recommend this branch to anyone that needed to have their car fixed.

Excellent repairs (even beautiful!). Superior explanation of their work by someone with experience; no bureaucracy. I visited two good repair shops, and Boyd's really stood out by comparison. Although the price and work were similar, Boyd's "attitude" was trustworthy and the customer service were really excellent.

Excellent service! The damage was vandalism from a thrown rock. I was treated with prompt service from both Intact and the wonderful service team at Boyd. The repair is seamless and I have no idea how Boyd worked such magic! Plus, the car was completed ahead of schedule. Thank you everyone. The Jaguar is back in pristine shape!

Thank you so much for the stellar service I received recently from your Glass Department. The service went beyond the replacement of window glass on my vehicle as I am now able to confidently drive my vehicle in a rain storm without rain leaking inside! Thank you for efficiently and effectively finding and fixing the leak, something the car dealership and their glass contractor tried to 'fix' twice without success and cost me hundreds of dollars. (I now know to check the drain plugs for debris). Also, thank you for the car cleaning, another surprise bonus! Clearly, your company's policy to provide exceptional service with thoughtfulness is taken seriously. Thank you again.
