Great service, my car was shiny and looking like it was new, was not expecting the car to be washed and cleaned inside and out. A very nice surprise, plus I forgot a parcel in the courtesy car and was contacted right away to let me know it was there to be picked up. i would recommend Boyd to anyone who needs car repairs. "The service was superb right from the first contact on the phone. I was very impressed with Jamie Walton - very professional, efficient and "on it". He explained everything to me and called me a day or so after dropping the car off to give me an update. Michelle was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. What seemed like a nightmare to deal with initially turned out to be nothing to worry about - because the staff at Boyd made it easy and painless. The work they did on the car was beautiful - nobody would ever know that my car had had a bump!"

Excellent service! I was involved in a rear-end collision and went to Boyd Autobody & Glass to have the damage looked at. They took the car in for a bumper replacement (among a couple of other things that needed repair) and I was given their courtesy Corolla. 3 days went by and my car was done. It looks outstanding! I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone involved in accident.

I first met Glen on the assessment of damage day. He was polite, professional and warm. He was also easy going and reassuring. He took great car of my vehicle. On the day of car pick up, Scott showed me the repair. They Did a great job. They clearly went above and beyond. I could not believe how clean my car was on the inside and outside. This experience was amazing. I will definitely be going to Glen and Scott for any repairs. Lastly, Michelle the front desk woman was organized and friendly. She handles herself well under stress. I appreciated her quick replies back to my emails!! Thank for Boyd for being so professional and kind.
