I too work in the service industry and know how difficult it can be, but there definitely seems to be a natural ease that the shop there has. I have been using Boyd Autobody and Glass for several years. Recently, I made a visit to the shop at 1111 West 73rd Avenue in Vancouver to replace my windshield and I received incredible service. Rose and Robin were so friendly and professional, I was very impressed. Over the holiday, my windshield got a chip in it and I returned to the shop today for a repair. Again, the staff was courteous and helpful. My repair was done quickly and the overall experience was a good one. I will refer friends to this shop in the future. It is unusual today to find such a dedicated team.
