I have to say the customer service and persistence was awesome. The part was not available for some time and Robin/Rose consistently kept me updated. The work was great and really appreciated the empathy they showed for my broken window and theft. Would highly recommend the shop and team again.

Robin took great care of me and my vehicle! I came in with a bumper repair and windshield repair requirement on my BMW 740. They fixed the bumper on time and exactly for the quoted cost. Also, they installed the appropriate BMW windshield glass and it looks great. I would recommend the team here to anyone needing repairs. Great service, great team.

The service was great! I was rear-ended and brought my car in for an estimate. The estimate was quick and they told me they would replace my bumper, and it would be a 1 - 2 day job. I brought my car in at 8:15am, and received a call that afternoon saying it was fixed. The staff are so friendly and did such an amazing job with my car. It really made an inconvenient and frustrating experience very smooth and painless. Thank you!

I wanted to see how delighted I was with the service that I received at your shop on the 18th and 19th of December 2017. My window was broken from vandalism and when I tried to find a repair shop I went first to speedy glass and was not treated well at the counter. I then decided to make a phone call to Boyd and found the people so helpful that I booked there and then they were so helpful to make sure that I could get to the train station and be at the at their offices early to accommodate me on the day of the repair. It turned out the wrong window had been ordered and they called me with all of the options and got the repair done very quickly and at the Original pricequoted and given my insurance deductible Meant I was paying the whole thing I was completely delighted. Car was broken into and I didn't have comprehensive on my vehicle at the time. These guys shopped around and found me a really good deal on windows to help with the cost. Customer service was excellent and the price was much lower than what I was expecting. They also cleaned all the broken glass and the rest of the car. Very satisfied with this place.

Great service! Brought my car in for a new windshield - Boyd was able to get a windshield and install it the next day. And the car was washed and vacuumed! All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Rose did a great job with all the paperwork. Thanks for a great job.

I'm really satisfy with the excellent of work done to my vehicle; even dough it wasn't a large damage, it was done perfectly and they even fixed an old scratch present on the driver's door. Boyd was recommended by my son and it was the best recommendation. Rose and her team made the whole process wonderful. She was informative, patient and accommodating. Great work on my car side window. But the best was that I had a smashed window and it was absolutely pouring rain that they offered and taped up my window with plastic till I got the window fixed the next day. Customer service was great. Repair of key scratches was excellent (someone keyed my car). But that's not why I am writing this review. I would just assume to expect the above. What was great was they must have detailed my car or something, because it was full of door rubs (white rub marks on a my dark grey SUV) and they got rid of them! I assume from a buffing machine or something. I was unable to wash/rub them off myself. Also, the car had some stains from bugs and bird droppings, which I could not wash off, and they got that off too! Overall, the car looked polished and clean all over, not just the repaired area. I had gotten so used to it, I didn't realize how worn the paint has gotten (2008). They must have polished it with a machine. That's not all - I had 2 pre-existing door dings which they also fixed, though the original scope of ... their work was just to fix the scratches (same area). That was the surprised when I got the car back!! Other shops probably would have fixed the scratches and left the dings alone. read more

What started out to be a bad day , came out rosy because of Boyd Auto glass... I got into my car and my rear mirror fell off to the floor .. I hate driving in traffic in Vancouver but would hate it even more without a mirror. Drove to Boyd and they took me in right away and fixed my problem . Didn't charge me anything... excellent service , I would recommend them any day ! Thanks for making my day brighter!
