Robin provided great customer service on everything from taking my car without an appointment, giving me a ride to the Canada line, prompt information on when my car would be ready, to follow up even after my car was completed. Very impressed Boyd! People like Robin make the experience of a car accident less painful!

I had both collision repair and glass repair. I chose this shop because they do both. I had terrific service right from the start from Rose. She was very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable what information she needed and where I could find that from ICBC. I called some shops closer to my home that said they could do the same repair, but I chose to leave my car with Boyd since I had such a good first impression, and very professional help. I did not have to wait for anything, drop off was smooth, the car was ready in time and I got a prompt phone call and I did not have to wait to pick my car up. The repair was well done and the car was nicely washed and vacuumed as an extra service.

As usual, the service was excellent!! I loved the fact that the rental car was brought to the Boyd location. It saved me a lot of time. I am very busy so was very appreciative of that. Not only was the work done on my car excellent but the ongoing updates were appreciated. Robin and the team did a great job.....just like last time.

"Their motto should be "at speedy we care" ... This phrase says it all, fast, efficient with great customer service. I came in, the damage was quickly assessed, when I brought the car in for the window replacement 2days later, I was driven home, then picked up. The time was earlier than promised. Kind and caring! Rose, Robin, Mike....you are terrific.....incredible service! You will certainly be recommended!"

I had an incredible experience at this location. I had already had a terrible morning (my vehicle wouldn't start) and I noticed that my rearview mirror had fallen off. I was on my way to a very important interview and needed the job done quickly. Not only were the staff hugely helpful, they were very kind to me (seeing that I was very anxious about getting to my meeting on time). They immediately re-stick my mirror up AND did it for no cost. I was blown away. Receiving such kind treatment was unexpected but delightful. I will most definitely be returning to this location for services in the future. Best experience I could have expected!

Excellent service provided by Rose and Robin and others from my initial call on. Other autobody shops wanted to see the car first before committing to repair it but Boyd on 73rd said they didn't need to, which saved me an extra trip. Other shops I contacted had longer wait times before my car could be fixed. Dropping my car off and getting a courtesy car went smoothly. I appreciated Rose calling after a couple of days to let me know that the repair was proceeding well and I could expect my car to be ready at the specified time, if not before. My car was ready a day early and looks beautiful!!! Will definitely recommend this shop to others. Appreciated the courteousness and professional demeanor of everyone who worked there. And, again, my car looks great!
