Just wanted to pass along some positive feedback regarding your staff at Boyd Auto on West 73rd Avenue in Vancouver. Rose Kumar was fantastic, friendly and wonderful to work with on the repair of my driver side glass replacement and minor repairs due to break-in. I will not hesitate to return to this location and use their services again in the future. Robin at this location is also a great staff person.

Rose was so understanding with my situation when I dropped my vehicle off. I was leaving the city and wasn't able to pick it up until the weekend when the shop was closed. She arranged payment in advance and faxed a release form. She was very patient as I was quite stressed with life curcumstances. Excellent Customer service from Rose. The Repair was also done nicely! PS. the only thing that would have topped it off, would have been a ride to the airport which was 5 minutes away. Rose said they didn't have the staff to accomadate that type of request. Great service none the less.

great service at this location...came in to get an estimate/book a time for a windshield chip repair and, though all the staff were busy, took the time to leave their current job do the repair and get me on my way within minutes...all with smiles and bantering conversation...good customer service seems to be a rare commodity these days so it was pleasantly refreshing to receive some.....I even came back a couple of hours later to see whether more could have been done for the esthetics and again, time was taken to explain the results...

The personnel at Boyd Autobody arranged the vehicle repair in a very efficient manner. They kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and presented the vehicle repair to me with a full explanation of what I needed to know. Rose was incredibly helpful and positive while I was getting the information and having the work done. Both she and Robin made my day easier and go smoothly. If I were to have more issues in this area (knock on wood that I don't), I would not hesitate to come back.

I had a accident with a dumpster in the parking lot basically being quite upset and not looking properly when backing out of the parking stall. Needless to say, the dumpster won and my poor car boor the results. I brought my car in for an inspection and cost estimate and Robin was absolutely terrific. His smile, confident and most courteous manner set me at ease immediately and the information provided was delivered in way not to overwhelm an already upset customer. He as great in assisting me with setting a suitable time and had provided me with a reasonable estimate. Well, I pick up my car on Friday and the work was amazing. The attention to detail, the cleanness of my care was impressive. I know that my car is in very good shape, but now my bumper is the best part of my car. The work was finished on time as agreed and my final invoice ... was less than the estimate. A very surprised and appreciative customer you have here. I have already related my positive experience with your company with friends and will continue to refer your company in the future. Thank you all and especially Robin, for making this easy for me. PS: Give him a bonus on his smile alone....... one needs to see this more at other stores. read more
