Thank you team at Boyd Auto Body on 73rd. You went way beyond my service expectation. Firstly you fit us right in on a crazy snow day and supplied a temporary light to get me through to my appointment day. Then when I mentioned an issue that turned out not to be from the accident, but was still under warranty. You took my truck to the dealer and had it fixed for me, no cost. Figuring, since I already had a rental car, why waste extra time taking it in on my own. Thank you for exceptional out of the box thinking and amazing customer service. Most importantly my truck looks brand new :)

I was really upset when my car window was smashed and even more so when I realized there was also damage to the inside of the car and the window frame. My Kia dealer set up the appointment with Boyd. When I arrived Robin greeted me and assured me that all would be taken care of and I would have to do nearly nothing. He was right, it went very smoothly and Boyd also took care of the cost of a rental car for me. Robin was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car repairs. I would return back to Boyd if I had another issue with my vehicle.

Vey professional and knowledgeable staff-especially Robin S., the manager, and Rose-who carries out multiple duties. Most recently our family GLK 350 received the Royal Boyd Treatment. Everything is explained down to the smallest detail. You can question staff who worked on your vehicle. A model business that others should follow

Robin and another guy are so friendly! Somebody put paints on my new car and I was so upset. I had to go to the bodyshop to get it cleaned.when I got there, they examined the car and said that they might be able to remove just using some solvent so that I didn't have to pay 300 bucks. And they did manage to clean it and my car looked perfectly clean! I saved 300 bucks and I really appreciated their help. They are very considerate and they provided excellent service!

The staff were all so friendly and accomodating. I showed up a half hour early for my morning appointment, and they fully understood that I was on my way to work, and gladly accepted me dropping off my vehicle early. Everyone was able to keep me posted with the status of the repairs and it was very timely. Everything was done in advance of the stated deadline and it was all so seemless. My parents were very impressed with the repairs to their vehicle. I love this shop. Service is always top notch! Thank you Robin and team!
