I can't say enough about pleased I am to have met Gale and Rose at Boyd Auto Body. I had considerable body damage that needed to be repaired and I received phenomenal service from Gale and Rose all the way from the initial assessment to completion. Not only was the work done for the price that Gale quoted me, he went even further in having the door handle fixed and touch-up paint applied to the bumper. When I picked up my car and saw that the inside and outside was detailed completely, I was floored. If I ever need work done in the future I sure as heck know who I will be going to. I had excellent service right from the moment I walked in the door. Gale M., Assistant Manager, went right out side and quickly documented the damage on my wife's CRV. He set up everything from contacting CDI my insurance provider to setting up a loner car from Enterprise Car rentals. He followed up with a phone call when everything was done. I really appreciated his accurate assessment of when the repair would be done. Thank you Gale and BOYD Autobody and Glass for great customer service.

Robin at Boyd auto body was unbelievable going the extra mile helping me. I had an employee (who speaks little English) was rear ended sunday her friends told her not to bother to get her car repaired. With the help of Robin she had unbelievable service, it actually made me feel proud to be a CANADIAN!!!! Thanks to Robin, he helped with her service, paperwork, car rental, return and pickup of her vehicle.....on Monday April 7, that lady came to work stood at my desk and shed a tear, she was grateful for all Robin did for her, she said he was very kind and helpful!!!! Robin S. was the serviceman who helped me assess the damage on my car (Ford Focus 2003). I wasn't sure if I should make a claim or pay myself so he looked at my insurance papers and showed me where I was on the insurance chart. He wrote out the number for ICBC and I phoned right there in the office and sorted out the rest. Robin and the other staff were friendly, helpful and they did a fantastic job at replacing my fender and blending the paint on my 11 year old car.
