My suv was broken into on Thurs afternoon, brought in to Boyd Fri morning, and got my suv back Fri afternoon. Wow! Robin, R. , and team were amazing. When I went to pick it up, they had the suv washed and cleaned. Beyond my expectation. Will tell friends and family.

Service was incredible. I talked to Rose K on Friday. She placed the order for my new windshield and had it there Monday morning. I was shocked because I expected it to come much later in the week, but not only was it there early, she phoned me to let me know it would be done today. And when she found out my business was close to your shop, she dropped the car off for me (which I had not asked for). But she arrived with paperwork on Monday at 3:30pm to my business door. I live in South Surrey and this have opened this new business last year, so it was the first time I had used Boyd in a few years. I was very impressed and will not only return for any autobody or glass business but I will also send other business there. Robin S. managed my case at Boyd Vancouver and he was outstanding. My car was damaged a day before I left for a 2 week vacation. Despite my being abroad, Robin provided regular and useful updates via email and this continued upon my return. I never had to chase for information or updates and the car was returned to me as promised by Robin and in excellent condition. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from Robin was some of the best I've ever had. I will not hesitate to return to Boyd Vancouver and recommend Robin and his team to friends.

Another fantastic experience with Robin and his crew. They washed my car several days before I even brought it in for repairs simply because it was dirty. He then coordinated with my assistant to have my car repaired while I was away on a business trip. When it was done, he dropped the key off at my office so I could have it when I returned late on a Friday night. Over the top service... and much appreciated. I will continue to recommend Robin and Boyd to my friends whenever they have a need.

A streak of bad luck ended when I made contact with the team at Boyd Autobody. From the first encounter there, I knew I was in good hands. I called Boyd as an inquiry hours before I arrived and when I entered the office, they used my name and remembered my story. The personal approach continued as Gale reviewed the damage to the car. It was extensive and our car was old. Gale was so personable and supportive, but also straight forward with the issues at hand. From there, Gale handled the paperwork with the insurance company accurately and quickly so the work started imminently. When the car was taken in for repair I was offered a rental with Enterprise, my favorite car rental agency. Beyond the amazing service, what a perfect job they did on the car itself.
