Each member of their small team knew and addressed me by name and were very accommodating. Just had the best treatment by Boyd Auto Body in Marpole. Dropped in with a silly request when my truck lid and a grocery basket had a collision. Robin ordered it fixed while I waited. I was thrilled. While waiting in the office, I noticed that all the calls ( up to 300 per day ) where treated respectfully and appointments were made in a timely fashion. This was not my first experience with Boyd Auto Body and definitely will not be my last. They are great! Thank you for your prompt service. Your new radio ads about customer service are true.

Everything about my experience was excellent and I couldn't have asked for better. From the always helpful wonderful receptionist to the manager Robin it was fantastic!! This is my second experience with Boyd the previous experience was about 3 years ago and it was also excellent. I would recommend Boyd without hesitation. Please keep up the good work!!!

Robin was very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change at the mechanic shop next door and then they sent it over to Boyd for a new windshield. Robin was able to coordinate my service with the mechanics so that I got my car back in a timely manner. My car came back washed and vacuumed with a new windshield and he even threw in some wiper blades. Excellent service!

I'm writing this feedback to send my deep appreciation to Robin and Rose. Thank you both! You two made my Friday night. Here is the story: I walked into Boyd shop last Friday thinking about replacing my front light bulb. I met Robin, the store manager, and he checked my car and helped me to get a quote. He was extremely helpful when explaining me the problem and how they would like to do it. He was definitely a trustworthy guy, so I left the car to him. He called me back in half an hour telling me the light bulb actually costed more than we expected when ordering from the supplier. I said okay I want to think about it and I will go pick up my car before they close at 5pm. He said no problem. This already made my feel comfortable because I can freely choose whether I want to order or not, he was patient and nice all the time. However, ... because of a meeting with my manager in the afternoon, I totally forgot to pick up the car and I missed Rob's call three times. When I called him back at 5:20pm, the store was closed already. I was so worried because my home keys were locked in the car and the car was locked inside the shop. I looked at Rob's business card (glad I kept it safely), and of course there wasn't his cell number. I was so desperate!! And I saw his work email, and I thought maybe I should take a chance, he might reply me?? Maybe?? So I wrote the email, didn't expect any reply and started thinking about where I should go on that night. But 3 minutes after the email was delivered, HE CALLED ME BACK!! Although he told me that he lives in Langley and couldn't come back for me, I still felt so warm inside. I totally understand Rob cause it was all my fault clearly. However, the surprise was, he called me back again saying he didn't want me to be homeless on the weekend and he's going to send someone back for me. What a nice and considerate manager!! 20 min later, Rose came back. She drove all the way back from Richmond only for opening the door for me. I was speechless at that moment cause they were just so nice! No complaint, no anger, no impatience. They just want to help you with your problem. For those who are reading this review and thinking about whether leaving your car to these guys or not, all I want to say is, they treated me like that even though I wasn't their customer at all. I didn't bring any monetary profit but they suffered net loss for welcoming me in. For me, the most important thing I want to consider carefully when repairing my car is how sincere, how honest those guys are. Customer service is for sure a true reflection of their business. If you come in to the shop, I have confidence on those guys and they won't let you down. Thanks Robin and Rosa, again! Hope see you guys soon :) read more

This is the first time that I have dealt with Boyd Autobody Shop and there is only one word to describe the service they provided to me -EXCELLENT. Mr. Edward W. was professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and accommodating. I could not ask for anything more. He is, quite honestly, a very rare customer service person - I almost can not believe that someone like him exists in the service industry. The manager and everyone in this office were very friendly and nice too.
