My vehicle was broken into this a.m./windshield was broken and a few things gone as well. One of the gals on the picket line with me (teacher's strike) highly recommended your company to me and this location ,as above. The service was 100% plus provided to me.Darryl helped me at first and then Veronica assisted me when I returned to get my car. A taxi ride back home and back again was provided. They even washed my car. I cannot believe the professionalism with this team!! Veronica was extremely helpful to me making several calls for me related to the break in. I will most certainly recommend this location to anyone that needs these services. If there is any kind of loyalty provided by you I recommend this location and the staff. Keep up the great service!! Stress free, friendly and professional service. My vehicle was returned on time with no evidence that damage or repairs had been done. Derek had to make a phone call as the insurer had not advised that the deductable had been waived. He also ensured that nothing personal was left in the courtesy car to save me a return trip. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with the service. The quality of the work was absolutely first class, and my Outback was meticulously detailed for delivery....in fact, the shop had even fixed some of the small scratches I'd picked up along the way....how's that for exceeding expectations. The car looked like brand new for the first time in years! The courtesy car provided was great, my car was ready when promised, and the whole experience, from reception through delivery was first class. A big THANK YOU to all concerned.

They fixed the bumper accident in just two days, amazing. And they also cleaned my car, exterior and interior. I smoke in my car and all the ash was gone including a random sticky spot in the backseats. Just amazing service and will always come back to Boyd for any collision/glass accidents!!

My brother and I have had the absolute privilege of dealing with the fine gentlemen of Boyd at King George. My brother prizes his Infiniti and doesn't just take it just anywhere.So when he finds a shop he can trust, he goes back repeatedly for more work. This shop, in particular, has been above and beyond in terms of service, craftsmanship and professionalism. Brent has formed a culture of teamwork, high-level customer service whereby the customer really is number one and the hands-on skill is second to none. A very cohesive assembly of staff striving in unison towards the common, ultimate goal of getting your vehicle back to you in a tip top shape and very importantly; in a timely punctual manner. This shop never disappoints on any of those fronts and from the front line clerical staff right on through the roster, this location ''gets'' ... it, and gets it right. Every time without fail, gets my high praise gleaming endorsement. On Sept.27th., 2013 I experienced excellent Customer Service from Mike. I was nervous about touching up a scratch on my 2010 Honda Accord. Mike said just bring it in with the paint pen, I'll do it for you. It didn't take him long. Didn't charge me a dime. We had been there not long before to have the same vehicle it repaird after being hit by a drunk driver, so we are familiar with the wonderful staff @ this location. Thank you for hiring such great employees.
