This was the first time I had my car repaired at a Boyd facility and I was more then pleased with the service and repair of my vehicle at this shop. I dreaded dealing with the whole accident thing but it was absolutely painless because Derek and his crew looked after everything for me. All I had to do is show up drop off and pick up and sign. Better yet my car looks better then new. I think they went above and beyond to satisfy me, because of this I am now a Boyd customer for life.

Everything was done to perfection. The paperwork was made simple and the paint color match pretty perfectly ( a shade off ). Staff was friendly and curious from the first phone call. Great job. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I got rear ended and needed my entire bumper replaced and there was other damage to the car. Decided to try Boyd Auto Body instead of a repair shop nearer to me whom I had a bad experience with previously. Best decision of my life. I got my car back far sooner than expected and it was the cleanest I've ever seen it. Was super impressed with their customer service as I was notified throughout the process on when my car was going to be finished. Will be bringing my car to Boyd from now on. Thank you.

This was my first accident and I was so confused with the insurance and the shock of it all Veronica helped so much dealing with the warranty, insurance the dealership she calmed me down and was extremely kind and I learned more about insurance from her then the people that sold me the policy , she walked me through the steps and patiently answered my many questions . I'm still waiting to know what is going to happen to my car the accident was a week ago.

I recently had my vehicle in for repair at Boyd auto body and was very impressed with the service they provided. They did great work on the repair and provided me with a nice courtesy car for the duration of the repair. I was very impressed with the service provided by JB K , during this whole process. He was very helpful and informative during this time. Both JB and Veronica were a pleasure to deal with during the time my vehicle was being repaired.
