Chris and the other staff at boyd were truly amazing. They were super friendly and really went more than that extra mile for me. This was the 3rd time I've had to get a new bumper and my first time at boyd. It will be the only place I go to from now on. You guys are amazing!!!

My excellent experience started with an on-the-spot detailed written estimate from Kris, a very personable young man who took the time to explain everything in detail. This was on a busy Friday afternoon just prior to his leaving on a quick family trip out to B.C. We had gotten 2 previous estimates from other companies (the one beginning with an 'M' didn't even bother to put it in writing). Boyd's was the lowest, they were the closest to us, and they offered a low-cost loaner car which neither of the other two did. The work was completed on time, was of top-notch quality, and the girls in the front office made the whole thing a pleasurable experience. Kudos to everyone involved.
