My excellent experience started with an on-the-spot detailed written estimate from Kris, a very personable young man who took the time to explain everything in detail. This was on a busy Friday afternoon just prior to his leaving on a quick family trip out to B.C. We had gotten 2 previous estimates from other companies (the one beginning with an 'M' didn't even bother to put it in writing). Boyd's was the lowest, they were the closest to us, and they offered a low-cost loaner car which neither of the other two did. The work was completed on time, was of top-notch quality, and the girls in the front office made the whole thing a pleasurable experience. Kudos to everyone involved.

I recently had a accident with my truck, hit some ice and slid into the garage. Although I'm not from North Battleford but I was highly recommended to deal with Catherine. I picked up the phone, sent some photos and she gave me direction in which route I should go. I cannot believe her strong knowledge of automotive repair, her customer relation, her insurance related skills. I would rate her +++++++++10 in all her skills, she is truly amazing and I would strongly recommend her to everyone. Thanks and will see you soon for repairs.

Good afternoon I have recently had a repair done to my truck in North Battleford as a result of a horse running into truck. And I needed my vehicle back quickly. Cathy in your office who is does all that work by herself, does a fantastic job. She was very accomodative and was able to get the ball rolling right away and assess what was needed and got parts ordered. Once they arrived, she had my truck in the next day which was very helpful. She is a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel that you like you definately came to the right place. As well, the quality of work was very good.... You have great staff there.... My family has been dealing with the Northbattleford office for several years having either accident repairs,spray in box liners ,and windshields replaced etc . Cathy Beland is second to none and the rest of the staff have been excellent in everything from our very first contact. They are very professiional and treat you as very valuable customer. They are totally upfront about everything and keep the customer informed about the repairs, how long it will take to repair and make sure you are a satisfied customer before you leave. We are more than satisfied with every aspect of this business. We would and have recommended it to anyone we know who need this type of service If you rated them from 1 to 10 they would be rated as a 12..

The service I received was great. Cathy immediately ordered the window, stayed in contact with me to let me know as soon as the window was in and had it in to be fixed as soon as possible. The exterior of my vehicle was washed and the interior vacuumed. I was also offered a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Boyd!

I recently moved here from Acadia Valley, Alberta. Two weeks ago I hit a deer with my van. I had no idea what to do. I asked around and not one but several individulas said to take it to Catherine at Boyd Auto Body in North Battleford. I called her and I was so amazed at her knowledge and the understanding of auto insurance. She slowly guided me thru the procedures and made sure I understood without any hestitations whether is took ten minutes or half an hours. Her customer service is amazing, I was so overwhelmed with her. I have to thank Catherine for making this situation alot easier thank expected.
