The customer service and quality of work is beyond belief! The staff make you feel as though they are happy to see you and think of every detail to make the experience as smooth as possible . They even drove me to the sky train and picked me up when the van was finished. Windshield looks great and the van was washed!Choose Boyd? Yes indeed. They care!

I was really impressed with the team at the Bridgeport location. I brought my car in for some minor damage on my rear bumper from a fender bender. In an unrelated incident, my front bumper was shifted to the left and there was some white paint transfer. The technician, Rey, who was fixing my rear bumper, ended up getting my front bumper back in place and removing most of the white paint. One of the glass technicians, Bill, who wasn't working on my car at all, repaired a chip in my windshield. My car looked so much better when they gave it back to me! The girl working at the front, Samantha, was also super friendly, personable and helpful. It's rare to have a team of people that really go above and beyond.

I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Samantha T. was excellent both on the phone to make the appointment and when I arrived at the shop. She greeted me by name on my arrival and had all the necessary documents ready to go. She communicated throughout the day as to the time of completion. At the time of pick up Samantha explained the guarantee and took me personally to my car to inspect the work that had been done. I would recommend the location to my friends with no hesitation. Joseph and Richard (Hope I'm getting Richards name right). Were fantastic to me this morning. In fact the entire Richmond Team were incredible. I have never felt more welcome and accommodated at an autobody shop. I did not have an appt but stopped in first thing in the morning with hopes to get a rock ship fixed. The gang opened a few minutes early and offered me coffee and got my car in within a matter of minutes... and fixed lightening quick! (I actually made it to work on time!) The entire team was professional, courteous and kind. I would highly recommend this location and even though it's not the closest to my house I would make a point of going back based on my wonderful experience today. Thanks again guys! :)

Had a great experience for an unfortunate situation. Had a rock chip in my windshield and went to this location without an appointment. Right away a gentlemen from the service team went and looked at the chip and told me it was 50/50 for full repair but if they couldn't get it they wouldn't charge for it. Quite amazing to hear that! They offered to drive me to work as they would need the car for a little while and right away someone was ready to take me. As soon as they had tried to fix it (unable to fully repair) I was contacted and advised of the situation. It was a huge improvement from what it was before but they didn't charge me for it. All in all I haven't had this level of customer service in a while and it is a really refreshing approach to an industry that deals with accidents all the time. Thank you to the entire team that made ... my experience at Boyd Richmond a memorable one that I will pass on to others. Cheers! (Thanks for the complimentary car wash as well!) read more

Location was very convenient for it was near my workplace. Customer service rep Samantha T. was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. I just had the windshield on my car replaced and I will see how it is during my drives this month.

My purpose for visiting Boyd was because my vehicle window was broken into one night. Shocked in the morning when I was getting ready to go to work, I desperately called the first company that came to my mind, "Bring it Boyd, insist on Boyd! Autobody and Glass! Bling!". So to the closest Boyd I went, the one located on Bridgeport in Richmond. I was greeted by a joyful young lady by the name of Samantha. Although it was quite early in the morning, she greeted me with enthusiasm. I quickly told her my situation and she got to work. I rolled my car in and they taped up my window, or what's left of it and vacuumed up all the glass. Because of my busy work schedule, it was difficult to book a convenient time to get my window fixed, but Samantha busted her brains to think of the best option that would suit my schedule. She offered to ... provide me with a company vehicle as a courtesy car and to stay late at work to await the return of the vehicle after I got off work. I really appreciated the kindness especially when I returned the vehicle later than expected. Nonetheless, she maintained a great attitude upon my return and even offered me a package to fix any windshield chips in the future. Coincidentally having had a chipped windshield at the time, she and Joseph stayed even later to repair the chip. What a great experience at Boyd. I am happy to have met these great people. read more

Omg so I was involved in an accident where the electrical, telephone, and cable wires came crashing down on my vehicle out of no where, and left a bunch of scuff marks. When I came to Boyd, which btw came highly recommended from my insurance company, I was greeted right away and offered a coffee by the receptionist Samantha and moments later, an estimator by the name of Joseph approached me with a firm handshake and smile, and we both went out to look at my vehicle. Joseph was very honest and has a keen eye, picking up on damage that I didn't even notice. He briefly gave me some options and said that he would try and see if the scuff marks and damage to the windshield could be polished off. Within 5 min. Joseph returned and gave me some wonderful news: "I'm going to clean up your vehicle for free", he says. "You won't have ... to pay the deductible," he finishes as he notices the confused look on my face. I asked him what the catch was and he simply replies, "if you like you can write up a testimonial on our site". Honestly, this accident has really shown me the beauty of Karma and I feel so blessed to have gone through it. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Coming to Boyd and meeting Joseph was the icing on the cake. This is truly a one of a kind company, who cares about its clients. I never knew that this type of service and customer care still existed especially here in Vancouver where people in the service industry treat you like you are just a number. Truly a blessing to have visited Boyd and Joseph today. Honestly I am TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY!! read more

I did not have an appointment, and the workers were totally ok with that, squeezing me in for a wind shield repair 20 minutes before closing. I would definitely recommend Boyd to everyone I know who ever needs glass repairs for their car!
