Th customer service staff went over my damage and told me exactly what would be done and then when I received my car atfter the work was done, again every detail of the work done was went over with me. Paolo and his team were great! They were all very friendly and inspected the car and damage with us to make sure we were all on the same page. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and very informative. They got us into a courtesy car quickly and had our repairs done the next day. Thank you for the fantastic service!

The people working where fantastic, Joseph explained everything to us and couldn't have been nicer, even the girl at the front reception was very nice and welcoming. The car looks great, washed and vacuumed, I am very very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the quality of service from Boyd in Richmond. Sam, Joseph and Paolo were all very friendly and helpful with the entire repairing process. They kept me updated every other day and told me exactly how the repairing process is, i feel valued even though it was my first time here. My car was cleaned after the job was done as well. Definitely recommend them!
