A GOOD/BAD NEWS STORY February 6, 2012. I had the misfortunate experience last Thursday afternoon to discover that my vehicle had been broken into and my GPS stolen. On the recommendation of ICBC I selected Boyd Autobody & Glass because it was with in 15 minute walking distance from my residence. After the initial shock it was a good news story because of the highly personal and professional service I received from your Bridgeport/Richmond shop. When I picked up my 2000 Nissan this afternoon it appeared almost like a new car. Better than how my car was treated was how I was treated. I had called in Thursday afternoon and was invited by Rishi Bakshi, your Operations Manager to drop my car off the next morning at 8:00 am. As I drove up and exited my car he greeted me by name even before I had a chance to introduce myself. His warmth ... continued as he offered me coffee and a courtesy car. Rishi Bakshi is at the top of his game. Professional and personal at a high level. Staff at the shop were extremely friendly and efficient. Turnaround was quick, even when extra parts were required. Paint match on silver was as close as I could imagine possible. Although one never looks forward to having to bring a car in for body work. I will definitely recommend Boyd Autobody.
