Discovered at 6:30 am that my car had been broken into and passenger window smashed. Phoned the Nairn location a little before eight and was directed to Marion due the specific nature of my problem coupled with the workload currently being experienced at this location. After explaining the situation with Cheryl H at Marion, I was slotted in for immediate service, advised on how to proceed with a police report, what information would be required by Boyd and by the authorities, and damage was thoroughly repaired before 11 am. My grateful thanks to Michael at Nairn for his advice, Cheryl for her diligence, and the entire team at Marion. You are all fantastic!

I have called Boyd for a number of repairs over the years and have always been impressed with their level of client service and professionalism. Today I went in for a simple glass chip repair on the windshield. Fix was completed complimentary (no impact to my insurance) while I waited about 15 minutes. Will continue to use Boyd in the future.
